I recently stayed at this best facility and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was seamless, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which was spotless and beautifully appointed. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was particularly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. 前台服務時間很短，6-7點就下班了，住了兩天也就看到前台一個職員，也沒能提供多少協助。 停車要額外付費，11AUD一晚，車要進升降機下去basement停好，車升降機操作很複雜，連本地人也不懂，一定要兩個人一起操作才可以成功停車。 第一次按錯按鈕還被前台職員下來用不太友好的語氣警告，對的，停車場問題也是前台下來解決。 上到房間地板地毯很髒，明顯是沒有清潔，小孩跑幾趟腳板已經變黑色了，嚇得我都不敢脫鞋。 租了一室兩房有兩個浴室，可是其中一個浴室馬桶水箱塞滿了紙巾，不知道原因，也就沖不了水，等於不能用了，沒有跟前台反映，因為早就下班了找也沒用。 價錢不便宜換來這樣的體驗，絕對不建議。
