"Kirjoitan todistuksen hotellihenkilöstön todistamisesta. Ennen sitä, vain pieni havainto: olen oleskelenut monissa hotellissa ympäri maailmaa ja valitettavasti olen kokenut pienen varkauksen aiemmin. On todellisuutta, että kiitos, ei tapahdu kaikissa hotelliyhteisöissä, mutta se voi tapahtua jopa erittäin korkea-asteen hotellit. Tämä sanoi, Olen jäänyt tähän hotelliin ja voin sanoa, että se on hyvin rauhallinen, puhdas, tilava, kaunis ja mukava sijainti. Mutta suurin korostaminen on ihmisille, jotka työskentelevät siellä. Lisäksi he olivat hyvin ystävällisiä, ja he olivat rehelliset ja rehelliset tilanteessa, joka tapahtui minulle. Kun tarkistus poistui, unohdin joitakin henkilökohtaisia kohteita, jotka olivat tunteellisia arvoja ja muita taloudellisia arvoja, ja alusta alkaen hotelli toimi 100% yhteistyössä, jotta voisin palauttaa omaisuuteni. Se oli jatkuva, huolellinen ja avoin yhteys, tavoitteena minun saada kaikki takaisin vaikka olin tuhansia kilometrejä kaukana. Hotellihenkilöstö huolehti kaikesta: 1. He pakattiin kohteet 2. He ottivat yhteyttä paikalliseen toimitushenkilöön ja hallitsivat prosessia 3. He pitävät minut jatkuvasti ajan tasalla edistymisestä prosessin olen erittäin iloinen jakaa tämän todistuksen, antaa huippumerkkejä vakavuutta ja rehellisyyttä tämän hotellin työntekijöitä. Toivotan teille onnea ja ehkä jonain päivänä voin palata."

"The hotel is cleverly photographed. The disappointing reality is a rather sterile blot on the beautiful landscape and safe to say the view from the window is the best thing about it. It’s annoying when you go on holiday to pay relative top dollar for a place that doesn’t meet expectations. The pokey rooms had a musty/ smoky odour; loos didn’t flush properly; one thin pillow each. Again misleading photography makes the pool look big - it’s actually a tiny plunge pool. The receptionist was frosty and indifferent when we arrived. We couldn’t get snacks or drinks outside of mealtimes. On the plus side the breakfast was generous and the hotel is handy for the town. Overall though visitors to Bovec can do a whole lot better. It says four stars, I’m only experiencing 3…..or even 2. The Hotel Mangart welcomes your money but sadly not you!"

"What a lovely hotel. Quirky but very comfortable, and the staff were all wonderful. The back deck was the perfect little oasis for a glass of wine in the evening and for their fantastic breakfasts. It made an excellent base for us to explore the incredibly beautiful & historic Soca Valley. Highly recommend."

"The appartment is very nice, clean and warm. There is wifi throughtout the accomodation. A good breakfast is included. There is a big garden which I imagine is a great amenity during the summer. The owner is very kind, quite direct but kind. The destination is great for hiking, skiing and running."
