Everything was up to standard, friendly and helpful staff. On the down side the windows don't open and the meals are a little bit expensive. Apart from this, everything was as expected from a Premier Inn, hotel. Well done. Would definitely stay again.

Always a great night's sleep on a premier inn mattress. Highlight of our break was the lady on reception Jennie, Her customer service skills are out of this world. It's no wonder she has worked there for 25yrs. She was friendly, smiling and extremely helpful. We're definitely returning.

A lovely woman named Ayse made my stay absolutely perfect for me. Her service was fantastic and definitely made the trip worth remembering, I can't express enough how brilliant she is as an employee and a person. She's going to go very far in life!

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff so friendly and welcoming. Jennie and Ayse 5 star service. Great to see grandmother and gran daughter working together. They really are a brilliant team. Great service overall and lovely hotel to stay in. Would 100% recommend.

Visited Bournemouth with my partner for their birthday and decided to stay at the Westbourne hotel. We were greeted by Jennie and Ayse (they told us they were granny and granddaughter!) who were absolutely fantastic and made our stay so special. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice room for the night, we had 2 days visiting monkey world and it was nice to come back to a large room that was clean, tidy and comfy. Thank you for the breakfast, kids eat free and it's well worth the money. Beds were comfy and the shower and bath worked well.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff at absolutely exceptional. The breakfast is great. Service is 10/10 especially the young girl Ayse. She made sure our stay was excellent and made up feel comfortable and welcome as if we were at home. Excellent dinner service. Best premier inn I’ve stayed in.
