Overnight stay before after a show at the Pavilion. Great location for all areas of Bournemouth. Our room was large with a balcony, very clean and tidy. The shower was powerful and as hot as you’d need. Bed was very comfortable. Very pleased with our stay. We would recommend this premier inn to friends

Stayed a few years ago and bigged it up to everyone since saying how amazing it was. Such a disappointment this time round. Main issue was if you book a Premier Plus room through the app you don't get a room with a view as previous. I didn't realise this so was disappointed with my tiny run down room at the back. They told me it was my fault for not choosing that option. WRONG. I was told this at the time and on complaining since. Visited at a quiet time and felt like we were in the way of the staff, couldn't wait to get us out of the restaurant after breakfast and at night at the bar. Add to that a room with rubbish under the bed and a dead spider in the corner it all lead to a disappointing experience.

The temperature was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. We reported this issue to staff, but we were told there was nothing wrong, despite the clear discomfort. A loud, random noise woke us up at 7 AM, disrupting our rest. Additionally, there was no phone in the room to contact reception regarding this issue. (I have attached a video of the noise in this email. It appeared to be coming from the ceiling vent) The windows/door could not be opened, leaving no way to let in fresh air. The air conditioning was also broken, making the room extremely uncomfortable which we reported The fans that were provided in them made an awful noise and the other one was broken In the morning when I had a shower the body wash was completely finished so I got out feeling just as unclean Reception Staff: Upon arrival, the reception staff made us feel judged, implying there were too many of us, despite the fact that we had booked and paid for the correct number of rooms. I feel we was being judged due to us all being in our late teens. Whilst checking in I feel we were given an extremely brief explanation. Not told where breakfast was or what time it was. We was not aware where the bar was or even what time check out was. Me and my friends were told three times that there can be no more than 4 people in a room at once. I had to repeatedly say that this isn’t an issue because we have booked 4 rooms with two people in each and had no intention to bring anybody back. We had specifically booked a twin room for my friends, expecting two separate beds as advertised. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with just one double bed, which was not what we had paid for. This caused significant inconvenience, as they were forced to share a bed despite having booked a room that should have accommodated them properly.

Very pleased with the room, just one snag couldn't go onto the balcony, staff very friendly especially jabeen who made us so welcome went we went for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble , a great asset to your staff, great location for theatre , beach and town

The central heating was not working but portable heater left in the room was very good, heated the room very quickly The rest of the facilities worked very well Staff friendly and very helpful Breakfast very good quality of food Good value for money

So the outside of the hotel seems to be a meet and greet for drug dealers, alcoholics and such like, walked into the foyer and a most unpleasant smell hits you, staff friendly enough but not overly helpful, was expecting a premier plus room but just got the basic which seemed fine at first but then we noticed the ants! Moved us into a smaller room which was extremely noisy into the early hours, oh and the food was inedible, location and beds are the only redeeming features…never again!
