Amazing breakfast, would certainly return for that. Sadly let down by no EV charging facility at the premises (or nearby) I should have checked in advance. The room was sweltering hot, with a duvet suitable for artic conditions, and with the window open too much noise from the adjacent McDonalds. Will probably look to go elsewhere next time.

Very old place. No runners on the beds. We were charged for an early check in, just 45 minutes before the time. I was very tired after 4 hours drive from Leeds. Lady on the reception wasn't welcoming at all Found long black hair in the bathroom, however we are blond.

Great rooms as always, also a big thankyou to Andy the chef for giving us an ice lolly when my partners daughter wasn't eating anything (and for still doing us breakfast even though we were nearly late). We always stay with premier inns now as they're just that bit better: cots are always pre booked, up for us and not broken; plenty of tea supplies; good quality and quantity breakfast; Parking is convenient; etc.

Poor parking facilities for disabled guests, the parking is on a sloped, uneven surface. No safety briefing upon arrival. Room is inaccessible if travelling alone, you will need assistance. There is no independent ease of access. Doors are very heavy and only open one way, which is towards you when going to the so-called accessible room. Impossible for wheelchair users, or those on crutches. Bathroom has no shower seat, rails are not placed well and narrow the bath. Bath is not wider at one end, for ease of carer, when helping an individual in or out of the bath.

Felt needed to write a review after our one night stay last night, after reading some of the other 1* star reviews I had a massive panic and tried to canx or change hotels. So arriving last night I had very very low expectations. BUT was very pleasantly surprised. Lots of parking. Gentleman on front desk very friendly asked what we was doing and then gave some advice about our harry potter tour. Room completely fine and in keeping with other hotels in this chain, comfy beds tea and coffee facilities. Can confirm that no fire alarms went off through the night and the restaurant was very much open (unlike other reviews) Not buffet like most premier inn but cooked to order and was very very nice. Good selections of continental products as well. Interacted with 3 staff during our stay. Gentleman on front desk, lady this morning running breakfast area and the chef who helped bring the breakfast over. All were nothing but helpful and polite. Unable to find fault with them. Would recommend and stay again great location for harry potter tour. Thank you.

Lovely, clean and tidy rooms. Great food from the restaurant. Livea and nilima deserve a special mention for being the most happy, friendly and bubbly staff. They made the stay even better with there amazing personalities. Great service all round
