When I checked in, the front desk clerk, Rebecca was EXCELLENT! Very professional and friendly—-5 STARS!!
I had an issue with my TV volume, so I called the front desk and got a gentleman on the phone. As the TV service was Internet based, he suggested I call the number on the TV, which I did, was placed on hold for 10 mins before it disconnected. The disappointment in this matte was I felt the front desk should have tried to take more ownership of the issues at the beginning of the call.
Finally, I went to use the rowing machine in the Fitness room, only to find out the chain was broken.
So based on my experience, the initial engagement was very positive, but downhill after that.
I forgot to mention I also had a burnt light bulb in the lamp beside my bed
