We were a family of five who stayed at the Appartements Paris Boulogne in early June of 2023. The apartment we shared had two modern bathrooms which were very clean and had excellent water pressure. The two bedrooms were adequately sized with good beds (queen sized). The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and needed cups, plates, and assorted silverware. The location for us as tourists in this part of the city was excellent with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and perhaps most importantly, the metro. The many different restaurants in the neighborhood made it easy to enjoy a good meal each evening after a busy day. We also appreciated the fine bakery and grocery store which was conveniently located near the metro stop. Another feature we loved after several days of traveling and many dirty clothes... were the washing machines and dryers on the ground floor...which were free! And perhaps most importantly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient and spoke good English. In particular, the general manager (Valentin) was exceedingly helpful in resolving a problem we had with our booking company. As a consequence of all these factors, we greatly enjoyed our stay at the Appartements . We would highly recommend this hotel to others who seek a reasonably priced and comfortable stay in a less busy part of Paris.

On the first night of our stay my husband noticed a rash on his hand, but we thought it could be a mosquito. On the second night he got a rash on his FACE!!! And then we finally noticed several bed bugs in our bed!!! We left the hotel immediately in the middle of the night, and because there was no staff at night, we left them a written note and a message on Booking that we left in a hurry and demand a refund. This was in February. As of today, May 12, I have sent dozens of emails both to the property and to Booking, and haven't received a refund. Absolutely terrible experience, avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

La salle avec le jacuzzi et le sauna sont encore en construction donc non disponible. La chambre était bien mais très mal insonorisée et les deux petits rideaux laisse entrer la lumière qui te réveille à 7h du matin..
