The bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality Brooklinen linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has it’s own smart tv and plenty of closet space to store your items. Each bedroom has a small seating area for additional storage or working space. The dining and living room are open and airy giving you plenty of space to enjoy a meal, work or relax. We have provided several books, games and Xfinity cable services on the televisions for you to enjoy while you stay. The kitchen is loaded up with everything you need to prepare a meal. Including a full size refrigerator, double convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, keurig, and full size washer/dryer. All of the pots, pans, bakeware and dish-ware will provide you with the ability to create and plate a wonderful meal. The bathroom features a standup tiled shower with the very best in luxury amenity products. The outdoor patio has a privacy fence and flagstone seating area. Perfect for enjoying one of the many wines and beers you can find just a few blocks away on Pearl Street. We hold the highest standards in keeping the unit clean and sanitized between each booking. During this time we have taken additional measures to ensure we are going above and beyond to maintain these standards. The home is always stocked with hand soap, dish soap, disinfectant spray, bleach, laundry soap, surface spray, toilet paper and paper towels. **Enhanced Cleaning & Disinfectant Protocol** We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance in correspondence with CDC guidelines. Here are a few highlights: We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have about the home or the amenities we offer. You have the entire space to yourself! **Guest access** No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. **Other things to note** Our Cactus are real.
