El rancho has been a main stay in the family for over almost 20 years. Possibly more. I’m happy to say the owners and staff are amazing. And the pool is outstanding. I fully recommend this place in spring!!!! But you must only go when you don’t need the AC or the heater. Unless they have revived the central air. The rooms had LOUD wall units that kept us all up all night. And a small portable unit in the suite bedroom. That let the sun in at dawn. And never cooled the room down. I hope that one day it can be in its glory as it once was :(.

First, the rooms were not what was pictured at all. The air conditioner made lots of noise during the night. There were loud guests/motel staff sitting right outside of out room till all hours of the night. It didn't seem to be a safe place to stay. The room was appeared to have been strightened up but not cleaned. So much so that I used my sleeping bag rather than sleep in a bed I thought had not been changed. The staff were less than friendly both checking in and out. They advertise that the cafe next door gives motel guests a discount. The cafe said they had stopped that years ago. I often say something positive in reviews but there's nothing on that that I can honestly say.

We stayed at this motel for one night while traveling. The room was clean but the bed mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept. We had a problem with the air conditioning being too cold but the night manager (a gentleman with a beard and a veteran's hat) was really very kind and came straight away to check. Unfortunately he couldn't do anything to fix It so in the morning they refunded us 20% of the cost of the room for the inconvenience. We really appreciate that gesture. The motel is nice and the staff is professional and kind. We absolutely recommend sleeping there.

Great rates, friendly people, nice and quiet area,rooms are really nice and clean, pet friendly, they allow big trucks. I've stopped here before and will continue to stop here when I have down time or I'm in need of a room, the pool is great ,and plenty of restaurants in walking distance

This hotel is a really great find! the 2 women that work the front desk, the one in the morning who let me check in early and the one with short hair in the evening were really sweet to me! Great assets to the hotel! The room was really nice and really big! I was not expecting that at all! I even had a kitchenette in the room which I didn't know I booked a room with one! The pool was really nice. Parking was super easy. The hotel is at a great location! Around a lot of great restaurants that are walking distance. Also around alot of stores too! I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, Safe, Quiet, friendly Staff, WiFi access, Comfortable bed, quaint older motel, modern appliances - AC, Microwave, Mini Fridge. Shower with tub, handicap accessibility, pool, and very affordable.

We stayed here on our drive back to the east coast. It’s an old timey motel built in the 1930’s I believe. We got a basic room with a king size bed which is remarkably comfortable. They have WIFI, TV, a microwave, and there’s a bath tub! What more do you need? Erica, in the office, is great. I’d stay here again. No question.

Great old style route 66 motel. Comfortable accommodation at a low price. A decent pool. Air-conditioned. Next door to a diner and close to amenities. Close to las Vegas. Hoover dam, the Nevada state line and Clarke County

Was a very busy weekend and our reservations got mixed up. They were very helpful and made it right. We had a good room and nice beds. Easy walking to the old town area (restaurants, antique stores, general shopping). Parking lot is large and can accommodate people boating on the lake.
