這個酒店推薦！位置好，公共圖書館隔壁，星巴克就在前台，交通便利，硬件好，服務好，每天打掃每天送水。

傳統大床房不僅房間很大，而且床很舒服。高層能看到波士頓日出很美，跟Copley購物廣場有玻璃連廊聯通很方便，平日在 bar 10 可以零點早餐，週末只有自助餐，品種很多且好吃，酒店會提供每天30美元的餐費補貼，早餐幾乎不用花錢了。這個酒吧晚上還有簡餐和現場爵士樂表演，迷你龍蝦卷好吃不貴。

位置優越，設施完善，服務好，非常滿意！

距離多間學校，多個餐廳很近，值得推薦。

辦理入住的時候，應該收預授權按金1200美金，結果直接算成消費，退房時還沒退給我，等待處理中……

위치도 완벽하고 실내도 정말 완벽했어요 게다가 스벅이 호텔 안에 잇어서 너무 편했어요 1박만 했지만 더 오래 머물고싶은 숙소엿어요

離哪裡都很方便，服務超級好！住得很開心

I booked a corner room for 3 people in the family. The room is spacious as in the picture. The sofa bed was old. It’s too soft. We asked for an extra blanket & pillow, it took almost an hour to get it. That’s was around 11pm. Same for the valet parking, almost 30 mins to wait for someone to get our car. We had to go up to the reception to ask for the valet staff that was around 8pm. Not sure they are short of staff during the night time or not as the staff who brought the pillow was the same person who brought our luggage to the room.

Location in Copley is close to 2 subway stations. Rooms were comfortable and views were decent. There’s 2 shower as I got an accessible room. I was there early due to an overnight bus from New York. Reception refuse to check us in first and only allow us to check in at 4pm when I saw someone got checked in at 11am. Reception is quite slow at checking out. There is a need to pay $60 for F&B which is not stated in the booking upfront. This is quite ridiculous.

Very convenient location. Breakfast is good. Good services from the hotel staff as well.
