The Hotel is beautiful and so is the decor.. and a most comfortable bed in a spacious room , shower was very small and would be no good for large people. Beautiful gardens with a most stunning view. I woul definitely stay again it has a very relaxing lounge and dinning room overlooking the gardens

We booked a last minute family break, and were delighted with the friendly atmosphere and the amenities of this lovely hotel. It is a short walk to the uncrowded beach through the lovely hotel gardens. Many nice restaurants nearby.

very well located, clean, comfortable beds, no air conditioning or at least the usual airflow because a pipe which was hot ran through the room next to the skirting board. good food, friendly service, a big plus is the jacuzzi with a nice view, but the big minus were the guests with dogs barking all night, in the same part of the hotel as us.

My wife and I stayed in a lovely room with a balcony and watched the Air Show. Situated at one end of the 'drag' for the displaying aircraft everything flew past our room and it was brilliant! The room was very well set up, teas and coffee etc, lovely bed, plentiful wardrobe space and a lift. Excellent restaurant and good food. Parking was a bit dislocated as if one could park directly outside their off-site was a few 100 yards and I'm partially disabled. However, it was perfect for us and for the Air Show and I'd certainly stay again.

Brilliant stay at the chine with partner and dog,staff were helpful and attentive,breakfast was lovely plenty of variety,the walk through the garden to the beach was handy.Rooms were a decent size but unfortunately We weren’t given fresh sheets everyday and our room hadn’t been hoovered.

Booked through booking .com. Cancelled 1 of 2 rooms 3 days before however *********** policy says has to be 3 full days before. Chine cancellation policy is 2.5 days before so i cancelled my room within Chines own policy. Having stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions with the family before i am disgusted that in these difficult time chine are not prepared to honour there own policy for a loyal customer. Very dissapointed we wont be coming back

Arriving at hotel was greeted with a smile, and very helpful. The room was quite a surprise, very large with a wonderful view to sea. It also had a good size bathroom, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was buffet style , with plenty of choice. At the hotel they had an Italian restaurant, which you have to book. The service was first class, only one small niggle it was a bit pricey . The path down through the garden was very uneven, and a lot of steps, but it did lead you down to the beach, right near the pier. It was a lovely walk from Boscombe along the promenade to Bournemouth, it took about half an hour.The town of Boscombe is just 10minutes to walk, partly pedestrianised its nice to sit with a coffee and people watch. Would certainly go back to the Chine hotel, would really recommend.

Lovely family hotel. I booked directly with the hotel and had a great response when I requested a fridge and an iron board with iron . The lady who took my booking was very positive and gave me lots of relevant information about the hotel and our forthcoming stay. I managed to get a parking place infront of the hotel. We were in Room 204 with a seaview and balcony and it was spacious, clean and tidy. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space for myself and granddaughter. Our balcony was wondeful and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the sea. As there was no aircon in the bedroom we had the balcony door open 24/7, which was fab. Our beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Wi-Fi was excellent. Housekeeping service was good and we found all staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast which was tasty and good quality, as we ate out at the beach for the rest of the day. Both pools were well maintained with life guards present. It was nice to walk through the grounds to get to the beach which was a stones throw away. As we were early we were able to store our baggage.
