1日目、二日目と対応してくださったフロントの方は、私のつたない英語にも対応してくださいました。ありがとうございます。
お部屋は、浴槽にお湯を貯めると外に漏れました。
また、仕方ないかもしれませんが周囲の部屋の足音やドアを閉める音、話し声がよく聞こえました。
お値段を考えると、妥当かなと思います。

We had dinner in the restaurant three times on our trip and Blaise and the whole team were incredibly helpful and very quick to bring us extra water and take our order. They offered good suggestions and were also just very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable and everyone on the team is so helpful whenever we had any questions.

Am enjoying my stay Elstree/borehamwood premier inn and blaise has been making my stay here comfortable all staff are welcom and am having a great time and I will will come back and recommend to my friends and family and very short staff for breakfast and loving the food here

On the whole our stay here was a very nice stay. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable. The restaurant was clean and had everything we wanted for breakfast. We came across to problems, the one got sorted straight away, where we had to get the room key activated on the second evening we were staying. We think that the receptionist only put one night on the key card. The 2nd problem was that I made a complaint twice after using the toilets in the bar/restaurant weren't flushing properly. The manager/receptionist on the Sunday morning said that the pipes needed changing. The problem isn't anything to do with the pipes needing changing, the flush mechanism needs looking at and changing as it NOT flushing water down the pan sufficiently enough. If someone goes to the toilet 'properly', it's not going to go down the pan properly and then cause the toilets to smell. It really needs looking at urgently.

We met my brother and sister-in-law for a meal, we couldn’t fault the food and the service was excellent. Blaise was very attentive, helpful, polite and friendly, I didn’t realise that I’d left my handbag behind, but Blaise brought it to me. Bonti was also very helpful, polite and friendly, he helped us with our parking and made our whole experience stress free.

Great service by Blaise, who was attentive and professional. The food, prepared by Padma, was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Their combined efforts made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Nice setting and overall experience. Good atmosphere
