Henann Crystal Sands Resort arvostelua

The location is good, but the beach is short of sun loungers and there is always music very, very loud coming from the hotel restaurant. One wants to relax and there is always the loud music everytime. Plus, I had to ask to change to another room, because the first one faced a huge aircon system from another building, so it was impossible to sleep at night. This is not a pet friendly hotel and it was really heartbreaking to see the employees to chase away dogs that only wanted some shade or water (Melvin was the name of the employee). At breakfast juices were not fresh, which is difficult to understand in a country with very good fruit. This makes me not consider to book again in this hotel. Apart from that, rooms were good, clean and spacious. All and all, I don't consider this hotel a 5 star.

Place was good

Very good hotel between station 1 and station 2. Close enough to bars and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful at night. Great sun loungers on the beach, two very nice pools. Breakfast was good but not great. The staff and service was very good, everyone was helpful and polite. Rooms are a good size and the showers are great after a day covered in sunscreen. Only criticism is the one towel per person policy. I would really like two towels when I’m at the beach or by the pool.

We enjoy the skybar pool and breakfast is really good, location is perfect!

1.第一天入住半夜冷氣就故障，花了半個小時以上維修..影響休息 2.電力系統似乎不穩定，住宿期間碰到4-5次斷電 3.淋浴間排水不太好 4.健身房服務人員不大友善 除了上面缺點，飯店位置非常精華方便，早餐表現平平

Hotel is in a prime position opening the beach the sky pool is brilliant, staff are great and professional. The breakfast is average . The beach security Mervil Snosa was exceptionally he I just wish the check out times are flexible with check out facilities.

非常差的酒店 有蟑螂服務還很差 衝著Henann Crystal出片的泳池訂的，沒想到1）實際房間很舊很破 2）sky pool很小酒很貴也很難喝 3）工作人員態度差還極其不專業。 最可怕的是在房間發現3隻蟑螂，要求換房間後，酒店讓我們等待半小時，換到了間剛剛灑滿殺蟲劑根本不可能住人的房間。和前台溝通1小時，説房間全賣光了不可能換了，你們先將就一晚，明天再説。此時已是晚上11點，我們實在沒辦法在那麼大殺蟲味道的房間住，和攜程溝通退款要求離開換個酒店。 攜程衹能拖到第二天聯繫酒店，而酒店堅持不退款，而且我們還定了兩晚，一晚也不退。目前還在等攜程跟酒店再協商，這種霸王條款是誰給他們的自信？ 最好笑的是在與酒店溝通無果後，晚上快12點離開，前台要我們簽張紙，寫着是我們自願縮短居住時間、提早check out，讓我們確認預訂付的2晚全額不能退。呵呵，我們笑了一下説我們不簽，前台尷尬的一笑讓我們走了。第一次看到有酒店前台讓客户簽這種東西來免責的，各位來旅行的小夥伴一定要小心看酒店讓你簽的東西，仔細看清楚，不合理就堅決拒絕。 長灘島有很多酒店選擇，這家Henann Crystal真的是可以大大避雷，別説它旁邊就是建築工地很掃興，工作人員服務白人積極熱情，服務中國人臉臭敷衍。大把好酒店服務好房間乾淨度都很好，Henann Crystal也是我們在長灘島住的3個酒店裡唯一房間有蟑螂的。 大家避雷，千萬別讓這種垃圾酒店毀了你們的假期！
