Such a beautiful Hotel , very Calm and cozy . Even though it’s far from town but it’s a nice place for a staycation . I loved the experience

The resort is nice, clean but it’s too far in station 1 to 3. The staff are very accomodating. Buti nlng may shuttle going to the beach front. The bfast food is also good and deliciuos.

The place is perfect for our vacation. It's clean and well maintained. The staff are all very accommodating. The price is reasonable. The food are good. Definitely a place to come back and worth mentioning to others.

We enjoyed the location being away from the hustle of town, especially with the New Year parties happening in town. The convenience of the free shuttle was great to enable us to maintain budget but also have access to town. Friendly and attentive staff, when we did have minor issues within our room. The infinity pool was a great asset, although the restaurant could do better as many menu items were not available. Overall a great venue, to which we extended our stay.

The hotel room was excellent. Very peaceful and quiet with an amazing view. The restaurant and food were also very good, as well as the staff being very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Alta Vista began on a disappointing note due to the hotel's early check-in policy and miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping. We arrived as early as 10 AM, but were not accommodated for early check-in unless we paid an additional 1,000 PHP, which we declined—despite the fact that the hotel was not fully booked, and many others typically allow early check-in. After waiting until 2 PM, we were finally given a key, only to find that the room assigned to us was still messy and unprepared. Thankfully, the experience improved somewhat after that rough start. The shuttle service to D'Mall was very efficient. The room itself was spacious but outdated and in serious need of renovation to make it feel more modern. The breakfast was decent, though it could benefit from more variety. There is no beach nearby, so you have to travel back down to either Puka or White Beach. On the positive side, the pool is large, well-placed, and offers a great view.

The hotel is still excellent, 2nd time to stay here. But booking with trip had terrible bump- i specifically booked for 5 pax, turned out only 2 got through the final booking, so we have to pay extra.

Wat een fantastisch hotel!! Met eindelijk kundig, vriendelijk familie minded personeel. Speciale dank aan Ian, Den Mark, Christian, Rica and Joseph. Uitmuntende service!! Dit hotel ligt noordelijk op het eiland (station 1). Dat is geweldig als je juist van kalmte en rust houdt. Het ligt hoog waardoor je fenomenale uitzichten geniet. Met een enorm groot zwembad. Alles qua zorg en aandacht is spot-on. Wauw! Complimenten. De bereikbaarheid is goed. Plus dat er dagelijks shuttle service aangeboden wordt. Met alles is er een stap extra waar voor gezorgd wordt. Qua hygiëne zit het supergoed. Hier zijn ze scherp op. Een werkelijke aanrader is om een massage of behandeling te genieten. Zeer fijn en eveneens gericht op de gast. Werkelijk top! De kamers zijn zeer ruim en alles behalve gehorig. Van ieder gemak voorzien, koelkast, airco, tv, twee tweepersoonsbedden, keukenblok, bad…etc… Rust alom, je kan wel eens apen tegenkomen, die struinen in hun natuurlijke gebied op zoek naar eten. Voor mij is het helder dat ik zeker terugkom in Alta Vista. Ze begrijpen goed wat hospitality is. Niets is te gek en alles is te regelen. Enorm bedankt voor de fijne tijd die ik hier doorgebracht heb. En hopelijk tot gauw.
