剛到酒店西安上台階爬兩層樓，辦完入住，再爬一層樓，在三樓坐電梯，分配我們的房子門有問題，一直警報。先是用手推，不行；再用肩扛，也叫；最後用腳，還是很頑固地叫。店家沒有任何想解決的意思，憤然離開，但店家不給退款，後來通過和攜程平台的溝通，平台返款給我們，這事算了了。 衹是建議帶孩子的不要去入住，上下樓不方便；至於其他遊客，仁者見仁智者見智，衹是個人感官不建議入住。

No bellboy service, penthouse room not good interior, very bad breakfast and cheap foods, unhelpful staff particularly the guard. Won’t be back.

Отель, я бы сказала, средний,останавливались на 5 ночей, первые 2 дня не было горячей воды, в первый раз устранили проблему за 10 минут, второй день пришлось ждать до вечера, из кондиционера капала вода, при заселении телевизор они работал, персонал заменил приставку, потом заработало. Завтраки - очень скромные, постоянно часть блюд была пустая и приходилось ждать что бы что то поесть, могу рекомендовать только для непритязательных туристов

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we were placed on the 5th floor shockingly knowing that the elevator is not working so we had to go up and down every single time we go out. The room was good. Wifi was horrible as well on the 5th foor. The tv is extremely small and a bit blurred. The pool was really nice though. It was on the rooftop and it had nice warm water. So many rooms for improvement but all in all it was okay.

Cute little hotel. Perfect location, near the beach and the staff are super friendly. You will need to ask them to clean your room if you want it cleaned because this isn’t done often.

Dirty Bed sheet, Bedpads and Pillow. When i check in first thing i check is the bed. The linen is not changed it has a fresh blood in the Pillow case. Worst Hotel. complimentary Breakfast is Food in the street is much better. Food is Cold and always empty. not Going back in this Hotel or any lime hotels. not worth it for the price

The room not totally good because the aircon so hot and the exhaust fan is not working the smell of room is so fishy.

可愛い色のライムカラーで統一(一部は残念だが古い色。タオルとかもそうだったら良かったな)されており、娘はテンション上がったが、バスタブがなかったため、追加で支払い、部屋を変更してもらった。 8階の多分一番高い部屋？にしたのに、アメニティは揃ってなく、電話も壊れていた。初日に明日直してくれると言ったが翌日も明日と言われ、翌々日は違う受付の人に初めて聞いたかの様にされた。通達されてない。部屋のクリーニングは言わないとしてくれない。初めの部屋にはバスタブないのに、パスソルトがあったが、部屋を変えたらなかった。聞いたらそんなものはないと。😅いやホテルマークの入れ物に入っていたのよ。 電話治らないのも謝るわけではないし、道路渡らないとビーチには行けない。金額の割にあまり良くなかった。この金額ならビーチ前にも泊まれる。 食事も中の低。コーヒーは出がらし。高い。残念。 小さいファッションホテルが好きな方は可愛らしくて良いと思いました。金額が他と比べると高い設定。
