Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Sehr guter Service, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und tun alles damit man sich wohl fühlt. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig gelegen und ist touristisch nicht überlaufen so wie an den anderen Stellen am White Beach. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

私人海灘邊有匹克球場可以使用非常愜意,泳池晚上也很漂亮 服務人員親切有禮樂於服務,早餐也很好吃 唯一缺點從館內要走出去大街很遙遠,每次走都覺得設計的怪怪的

Отличный отель с замечательным сервисом! Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный.  Единственный недостаток - практически каждый день проводятся свадьбы, и infinity-poll с видом на закат закрыт вечером.

Лучший отель на Боракае. Стильный, чистый, потрясающие завтраки с видом на белый пляж. Просторные номера. Классный инфинити пул на крыше. Бесплатный трансфер из и до аэропорта. Регулярные трансферы на Димол. Единственный минус это зелёная тина, которая стала приходить в феврале, а не в апреле как раньше и отель не чистит море. Хотя этим, наверняка должен заниматься муниципалитет местный. Второй в рейтинг Crimson, третий Discovery shorts. Movenpick не вздумайте даже рассматривать.

1. 공사 중이어서 진짜 혼란스러웠음 2. 결혼식이 잡혔다면서 갑자기 인피티니풀 하루종일 들어가지 말라고함(그럼 왜 돈 다받아먹음?) 3. 식당직원들 진짜 일 못해도 너무 못 함(휴지 배치x, 주문 계속 까먹음, 야외에 비오는데 음식 안옮겨줌 등...) 그냥 오션 뷰(하루 75x2박 예약) 빼면 볼게 없습니다... 돈이 너무 아까웠어요 진짜로

Our stay at the hotel had many positive aspects, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfactory. Let me start with the good points: the rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities—such as the gym, kids' club, spa, and swimming pools—were impressive. The location is also amazing. However, two major issues overshadowed these positives and would prevent me from returning. Events and Weddings: During our 3-night stay, events disrupted our experience on 2 nights. On the first day, the rooftop infinity pool was closed to all hotel guests due to a private event. It felt unfair—having a beautiful pool but being unable to use it because it was rented out to someone else. On the third day, half of the beach area was occupied by a wedding setup, and loud music could be heard from our room until 10 PM. This made it impossible to relax on the balcony or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a 5-star resort. Instead, it felt like being at a nightclub. The noise was particularly frustrating because we were traveling with a 2.5-year-old child who usually goes to bed at 8:30 PM but couldn’t sleep until 10 PM due to the loud music. After the wedding ended at 10 PM, the staff began cleaning and moving equipment back to the building, creating significant noise until 11:45 PM. This happened repeatedly, with loud sounds every 15 minutes (Unfortunately, I cannot upload videos to give an idea of the noise experience due to size limitations, but I’ve included screenshots below). For a hotel charging over $300 per night, this level of disturbance is unacceptable. Service Speed and Quality: The service was consistently slow and inconsistent. Simple requests, like asking for ice to be delivered to our room, took up to an hour. At the beach restaurant, it took 15-20 minutes just to receive a menu, even after asking multiple times. There were also mix-ups, such as being brought a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc instead of the Chardonnay we ordered. While the hotel has many great features, the lack of consideration for guests during events and the poor service quality significantly impacted our experience. For the price paid, we expected much better.

I recently stayed at **The Lind Boracay**, and while the hotel **looks great from the outside**, my experience with the **service and facilities** was disappointing. Despite the hotel's stylish and modern design, the **service felt unprofessional**, lacking warmth and attentiveness. The overall experience felt **bland and empty**, with little effort to make guests feel truly welcome or valued. The **biggest issue was the room's maintenance**. Inside the shower, there was a **leak from the ceiling, dripping through the lightbulb**, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the **bathtub lid wouldn’t close and remained open at all times**, which was frustrating. The only truly positive aspects of the stay were the **breakfast, which was enjoyable**, and the **aesthetic appeal of the building itself**. Unfortunately, beyond that, the hotel failed to meet expectations, and I believe there’s a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of service quality and room maintenance.

예약이 늦어 풀뷰와 씨뷰의 방을 예약했는데 풀뷰 방(습함)도 좋고, 기대했던 씨뷰 방도 좋았어요. 역시 스테이션 1의 5성 호텔입니다. 식사도 좋았고 서비스 매우 좋았어요.

優點:接送機服務(休息室是借漢娜的)。位置好,門口沙灘很細,沙灘右手邊走到網紅崖洞很近,左手邊走到聖母巖也很近,再過去就是s1的飯店集中的地方。有去dmall的接駁車,雖然中午沒有但晚上頻次很密集,夠用了,緋紅的接駁車避開了飯點。沙灘椅很舒服,可以躺一天,還會送上冰水和小飲品,加分。電視頻道非常多,竟然有東方衞視。 缺點:服務從一開始接機就感到有區別對待,後來給了小費態度就不一樣了。早飯不行,每天都沒動力去。房間舊了,不知道是下水道味還是黴味,有小螞蟻,靠墊臟。
