자동화 시스템이 잘되어 있어서 편안하고 Whats up어플을 통해 관리자님이랑 실시간 소통할수 있는점도 굉장히 편했어요. 워낙 잘 갖추어져 있는곳이라 3일동안 이곳에서 숙박하면서 불편함을 전혀 느끼지 못했습니다. 숙소 주변에 차가 다니지 않은것도 너무 마음에 들었고, 도보로 본의 모든 관광지를 다 둘러볼수 있었구,10분 거리에 대형마트가 있어서 그것도 굉장히 좋았어요^^ 다음에 독일에 또 올일이 있다면 재방문 100프로 !!

位置特別好，出門右拐二十米就是市政廳廣場，再穿過市政廳就是選帝侯宮，樓下的早餐店也很不錯，房間剛好夠一家人住，有廚房可自己做點吃的，特別是有洗衣房，可烘乾，這點很贊，房間很安靜，雖然離廣場很近，但窗户很給力，關上後完全沒聲音。

這是自助式單間公寓，不是酒店。Trip.com的虛假廣告。他們不是接待或服務人員。他們會在辦理入住手續前向您發送一封電子郵件，詢問您的信用卡詳細訊息，他們聲稱這是城市税，但是，萬豪等酒店不會在您的預訂費之外向您收取城市税。此外，其他評論説，他們使用此卡訊息向您收取您沒有造成的損失。我給他們發了電子郵件，因為我旅行時不帶信用卡，他們也沒有收到我的電子郵件。他們在WhatsApp上聯繫了我的信用卡，並確認他們沒有費心檢查他們的電子郵件。我為此損失了預訂費，因為我拒絕住在這個騙局公寓裏。請不要住在這裏，它比該地區早餐豐盛的優質酒店貴。不要犯我的錯誤。 This is a self-service studio apartment, not a hotel. False advertising by Trip.com. Their is no reception or service person. They send you an email asking for your credit card details befote check-in that they claim is for the city tax, however, hotels such as the Marriott do not charge you city tax on top of your booking fee. Furthermore, other reviews say that they use this card info to charge you for damages you did not cause. I emailed them because I don't carry credit cards when travelling and they did not receive my email. They contacted me on WhatsApp for my credit card and confirmed that they did not bother to check their emails. I lost my booking fee on this, because I refuse to live in this scam apartment. Please do not stay here, it's more expensive than excellent hotels with great breakfasts in the area. Do not make my mistake.

酒店位置絕佳，出門便是步行街，出行非常便捷，裝修精緻、整潔乾淨、做飯洗衣都很方便。酒店提供自助保存櫃，可暫存行李。聖誕入住期間還贈送了一瓶紅酒、巧克力，很暖心！過幾天回波恩繼續入住。

房間很乾凈，地點也很好，但是沒有電梯，有長者或者腿腳不方便的人慎選，另外入住的時候都是用郵件的連結給的鎖密碼，互聯網的小白慎選。另外酒店的早餐在網上最好不定，可以自己到樓下或者樓下往前走一點點的走咖啡館去旋早餐付費，否則收費一個賓客要12歐元有點不划算，不如自己點。

酒店位置很好，就在旅遊熱點中心。但是，入住有點費勁，根本沒有前台，沒有人。衹能通過電郵，由對方發一個連結，網上填寫訊息後，通過連結操控樓道和房間開門。碰到網絡不好，溝通有誤（我打了電話，結果對方在輸入電子郵件時輸錯了一個字母，導致我始終收不到連結），最好下載一個 whatsup. 房間本身不錯，廚房設備齊全，鍋碗瓢盆、刀叉啥的都有，還有微波爐、小冰箱。另外有一個公共洗衣房。樓梯很窄，沒有電梯，帶大件行李有點費勁，有長者同行不推薦。

Very clean and comfortable, good location but no lift

步行街上，門面窄，無前台，辦理入住需要手機網上辦理。無電梯，住四樓需要自己搬行李，房間裝修異味刺鼻。酒店知道問題但不予解決。這個評分哪裡來的？絕對不推薦！

What a fantastic space. Modern with all amenities. Bob W responds immediately to any concern. Make sure you have pre-booked and saved the correspondence because you need those codes!! It's a different paradigm, but one does get used to it.

No further responses or refunds or communication thereafter, I lost my full booking fee on this, however I would rather stay in a proper hotel. Please do not stay here, it's more expensive than excellent hotels with great breakfasts in the area. Do not make my mistake and think it's a proper hotel.

Me and my friends loved staying here. The place was clean and had nice design in the room. Would stay here again for sure.

Leider hat der Tür-Code am Haupteingang 2 Tage nicht funktioniert und es hat lange und viele nervige Telefonate in englischer Sprache gedauert, bis wir an beiden Tagen ins Hotel gekommen sind. Das hat leider die Stimmung in unserer Gruppe getrübt und war sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer wirklich schön geräumig, gut ausgestattet, sauber und top zentral gelegen!

Sehr schönes Studio mitten im Geschehen. Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Studio. Alles sieht neu renoviert aus. Ausreichend Platz, bequemes Bett und ein schönes Bad. Zur Haustür raus, steht man direkt in der Einkaufsstraße. Alles ging kontaktlos über das Smartphone. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das online Einchecken ist leider etwas aufwendiger, da man alle Daten der Mitreisenden manuell eintragen muss. Hatte aber letztendlich gut funktioniert und es gab keine Probleme. Wir waren schon gegen Mittag angekommen und sind über den Weihnachtsmarkt gebummelt, aber da es keine Rezeption gibt, konnten wir auch keinen Koffer lagern. So mussten wir nachmittags nochmal zum Parkhaus den Koffer aus dem Auto holen. Wären wir nicht mit dem Auto angereist, dann hätten wir Probleme mit dem Gepäck gehabt. Ob es für diesen Zweck einen speziellen verschlossenen Raum gibt, haben wir nicht sehen können.
