There is a designated washer and dryer specific to this unit only available to guests, not shared with the owners.NOTE:This is a single story, single family home. Your suite will be the entire left portion of the home that consists of two full baths, caterer’s kitchen, a master bedroom and living room with a pull-out couch. The pool and dock are shared with the owner. Both owners work full-time and are rarely use the backyard area.The backyard is incredibly peaceful and the location provides access to all the best of what South West Florida has to offer!Rules and additional services:No loud music, parties, or late-night loud conversations by the pool or dock allowed. We try to be very respectful of our neighbors, it is a quiet neighborhood.All occupants must be 5 years old or older. Certain exceptions will be allowed upon request.
