Kolpinghaus Bolzano

The hotel is in the city center of Bolzano and close to all offices and university as ell as close to the train and bus station. Rooms are clean, comfortable bathroom, tv, wi-fi and all other facilities. Indoor parking is available. Breakfast is very good.

Super struttura, essenziale, minimal, chiamiamola come vogliamo ma pulitissima, stanze con arredi nuovi, a 2 min a piedi dalla centralissima piazza Walther...colazione a buffet/self service con prodotti buonissimi e freschissimi, brioches e pane superlativi, affettati, formaggi... tutto super ad un prezzo parecchio al di sotto di ogni struttura del centro. Parcheggio comodissimo disponibile sotto la struttura su prenotazione. Consigliatissimo

very unfriendly reception by an older gentleman. I came the evening of my arrival to ask about the air conditioning that was not working and he offered no solution other than that someone would come and look at the air conditioning tomorrow. It was also 30 degrees that week. The next day an older woman at reception told me that they were working on it. 3 days later after complaining and sweating every night and every day I still didn't get a solution. Only after 4 days of stay did I finally find a friendly staff member (thank you Juliana) who offered me a room with working air conditioning for the last night. Apparently only a section of the rooms has real airco and the other ones have floor cooling that doesn’t really work. Breakfast was not tasty but the staff in the restaurant was very kind. Also the rooms smelled like sewer and the walls were very tin so I could hear everything from my neighbors. Very expensive for what it is, the only positive was the location.

Ho prenotato facilmente via e-mail ed il personale è stato molto veloce e reattivo a rispondere ed a propormi la migliore soluzione per il mio viaggio. L'hotel è centrale, in ottima posizione. Avevo una camera silenziosa all'ottavo piano. La camera era pulita e dotata di aria condizionata. Ho potuto depositare la valigia la sera per poi raggiungere con i mezzi il lago di Braies il giorno successivo in cui avevo il check out. Tramite i treni ed i bus è possibile raggiungere per tempo molte delle principali attrazioni escursionistiche delle Dolomiti. Il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare sceglierei un'altra volta questo hotel.

War okay Personal wirkte teilweise desinteressiert. Ansonsten sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Speisen waren für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Service könnte etwas freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Hier ist noxh etwas Luft nach oben
