Wonderfully clean, spacious room in the heat of the city center. Very comfortable bed. The manager spoke perfect English and went out of her way to assist to ensure an enjoyable stay, providing advice and assistance arranging transportation. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is lovely and in a great location, only 300 metres from Piazza Maggiore. The staff are excellent, very nice and very helpful. There are 6 rooms and 5 of them are beautiful and very comfortable with loads of spce. Unfortunately we were allocated the other one (room 101). When we booked, the website displayed a photograph of a lovely, spacious suite with bedroom area plus a lounge area with leather sofa and large TV. When we were shown into room 101, it was nothing like the photo we had been shown on the website. The bed was built on a raised plinth of over a metre with steps going down to the floor. There was no safety fence round the plinth or handrail on the steps. as my wife and I are 74 and 75, we had to take extra care so that we didn't stumble and have a bad fall. The room did have an outside decking area with tables and chairs but, as there had been a lot of rain, the space was unuseable as all the furniture was soaking wet. We wouldn't have used this space anyway as we wanted to be out and about in the city during the day so it was of no use to us. This meant we only had the use of the restricted space of the room. There was only 1 small chair at a small desk so to read or watch TV we had to sit or lie on the bed, taking care not to fall off the plinth. If we had been given one of the other 5 rooms, I would've given Mitodea a glowing review as,apart from this room, the place is beautiful. I have to base this review on our experience thpugh and it was disappointing as we had been led to believe we had booked a spacious suite which was to be a treat for my 75th birthday. Unfortunately this did not meterialise.

Séjour parfait grâce à la situation idéale, au silence nocturne, à la chambre spacieuse et très agréable. Notre hôte nous attendait (demande par mail de notre horaire d’arrivée en gros). Propreté impeccable. Dédale de couloirs et de niveaux qui fait que notre chambre était assez isolée et donnait sur la rue piétonne derrière. Literie très confortable. Lieu bien sécurisé. Bons conseils de restaurants à proximité. Possibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner juste à côté. Parking à 5 minutes à pied.

Fantastic location. Very clean and bright. Don't expect full hotel services but lots of fun cafes for breakfast etc very close by. Although the reception was not available when I arrive in the late night, arrangements were easy to check in on-line.

TERRIBLE. No info on parking on their websites or anywhere. No way to drop off bags. We drove around with GPS only to find out roads were blocked to car. You have to park the car the walked 9 minutes. That is gibe. The rooms are in the center of town but the manage made no effort to tell you in advance. Not what you will like if you are driving. DANGEROUS little steps to trip on all over the place. Not for older people. Not marked. Ridiculous in 2024 if you are in the hotel business. NO BREAKFAST as listed in website. Nothing lack attention to detail. BATHROOM WAS DIRT. 'nough said on that. NO BASIC CONCIERGE SERVICE. No way to leave your luggage as you tour. Not a place for anyone but the adventurous.

Séjour fantastique! Accueil très très sympathique, déco fabuleuse, chambre spacieuse et confortable et … proximité incroyable du centre historique. Un très bon choix que nous ne pouvons que conseiller. Tout était parfait dans les moindres détails.
