The kitchen, both stylish & functional, has a large island, stainless appliances, custom cabinets, stone backsplash & pendant lighting. Primary bedroom has ensuite bath, two sinks, over-sized tiled shower & door to the outside balcony/deck to watch the sunsets & the barge traffic on the Intracoastal. Guests' bedrooms are spacious and accommodate additional beds. Guest bath features tub/shower combination. Home is equipped with a central dehumidifier. Fish & crab in your very own backyard & rinse off in your outdoor shower. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).$125.00 Pet fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Home is on water supervision is required.About customRules:No more then 4 vehicles are allowed and no parking on grass or in street..Noise curfew, No loud music or voices after 10:30pm .
