"We were in the Bonaca complex, I woke up in the morning and ants were walking all over me. The bed was full of ants and they were in my hair. I looked at my son who was sleeping and ants were walking all over him. I went to the reception angry and furious and said what the problem was, to which they told me that someone would come and spray. I barely managed to get a transfer to another room. In the end, when I asked for a refund for part of our ruined holiday, which was not a small payment, they offered us a refund of 58 euros. Shame on such a hotel complex, and a family-run one at that, for not solving a very big problem."

"Olin tässä hotellissa viikon, ja yleisesti sanon kokemus ei vastannut mitä odotan 5-star hotellista. Hotelli sijaitsee ympäri pyöreän, joten liikenne melu on jatkuvaa koko päivän ja yön. Huoneessa itsessään tuntui melko perustavanlaatuinen ja puutteellinen lämpö tai sisäpiirustus charmia. Ei ollut sohvaa tai mukava istuintila, ja TV oli sekä pieni ja sijoitettu hyvin kaukana vuodesta, mikä teki sen vähemmän miellyttävää käyttää. Aamiainen vaihtoehtoja oli myös rajallinen, hyvin vähän vaihtoehtoja päivä päivältä. Keittiö tarjosi pääasiassa munapohjaisia ruokia, ja odotin laajemman valinnan tämän luokan hotelli. Yritin myös lobbauksen alueella tarjoiltua ruokaa, mutta laadun oli pettymys ja maistui enemmän kuin esivalmistettuja ruokaa kuin tuoreita ateriaa. Paikallinen oleskelu oli yleisesti hyväksyttävissä, mutta on useita alueita, joilla hotelli voisi parantaa heijastaa paremmin todellista 5-star kokemusta."

"I have stayed with my son and daughter in law at this beautiful place. Dog friendly with breathtaking views. Place is located a bit high from the main village and you have to take stairs up and down to the beach , but it only takes 5 min. Main beach and attractions are just on the door step. Staff is very friendly. What prompted me to write a review is their kindness and readiness to go a step further to please their guests. On our last day , my son left a present for me, souvenir from Brac stone , on the floor and it stayed behind. We were rushing to catch the ferry for Split. No time to go back. I really wanted it, considering it was a present from my son. I contacted the Villa Azzure and asked them if they could locate my present and send it on first ferry to Mskarska and I would be on receiving end. They agreed and texted me the details with timings and picture of the ship. I could not believe when I received it💗💗. That is really hugely appreciated. Thats how guests should be treated. Once again - many thanks and highly recommended"
