"Mikä kaunis oasi 2 min pääveto Bol! Saapuessamme meitä kuohuttiin kaatunut kiinteistö ja meni lusikka puutarha. Meitä tervehtiin tuoreella mehulla, kun Nick ohjasi meidät omaisuuteen ja antoi perusteellisia suosituksia aikamme Bol. Huoneet olivat rauhallisia, hiljaisia ja tilavaa. Viimeaikaisesti kunnostettu huoneet olivat mukavia ja modernia, joten minun oleskelu on vielä miellyttävämpää. Tee vastaanotolla oli uskomattoman tervetullut ja asettaa toon hyvän kokemuksen. "I stayed at this hotel for a week, and overall I would say the experience did not match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is located next to a roundabout, so there is constant traffic noise throughout the day and night. The room itself felt quite basic and lacked warmth or interior design charm. There was no couch or comfortable sitting area, and the TV was both small and positioned very far from the bed, which made it less enjoyable to use. Breakfast options were also limited, with very little variety from day to day. The kitchen mainly offered egg-based dishes, and I expected a wider selection for a hotel of this category. I also tried the food served in the lobby area, but the quality was disappointing and tasted more like premade food rather than freshly prepared meals. The stay was acceptable overall, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve to better reflect a true 5-star experience."

"HORRIBLE experience! The hotel is old and we did not expect luxury, but if you are paying 100 euros for B&B per person, you might expect a decent level of quality for accommodation/service. The room did not have air-condition, even though you pay for that (front desk people will tell you it just broke down, but if you do your research, you will discover it has not been not working for at least 3 years). They refused to help us with any problem/request we had, refused to give us another room, they were very unpleasant, even aggressive at times. We had to keep an open window just to breathe, which is a problem, since the balcony is directly above the night club! Partying half the night, cleaning the for the other half! Parking (very far as well) - even if your stay is 12 hrs, you will have to pay for 2 full days (of course, you are not informed in advance). Everything here is non-negotiable, staff will not make even the tiniest effort to help you with anything. Checkout experience - horrible! "Just get lost" attitude. The staff should rethink their life choices, or the owner should rethink their staffing policy! The nicest thing is the beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast (a decent one)."
