There was nobody at reception even for check in when we had to wait for more than 20 minutes.Besides, neither they provide Tea Coffee and kettle for having tea not anybody responded despite repeated calls.Even upto 8 A.M.next morning neither anybody from restaurant responded nor the reception responded despite repeated attempts.Television was also not functional.Health faucet broken and lying on the floor.Hence very terrible experience.

Everything is nice about veena regency. The moment you see the hotel draped im yellow lights and the reflections in the lake you know you have arrived at the right place. The rooms, services, food options. Everything is commendable.

Though the rooms were spacious, the maintenance was relatively poor. I had to shift two rooms to find the better one. Despite the feed, the breakfast options were very limited.

Great experience. Spacious room, neat n clean washroom, food quality also soo good. Restaurant n bar ambience. Just wow. Staffs are well behaved. It's highly recommended.
