You get what you pay for.
This hotel had water supply issues while we stayed there. Hot water was a commodity they barely had.
Not aure if the way they charge for the room is a country-wide thing, but we were charged "per person" rate.
During check-in the concierge took pictures of all our passports and after we asked why she stated it was a requirement by the Colombian Migration authorities, and eventually we did receive an email with all the information and copy of the pictures she took.
This is for foreigners tracking purposes.
Wi-Fi is weak during peak hours and the breakfast was good, and the cook was friendly.
We learned the hotels (at least) in Bogota have an agreement with a tourism company that provides guests with safe and secure transportation to and from your desired destination, with the option of waiting for you, for a very fair-market fee.
We hired one them and received a great service.
