Yemekler oldukça lezzetliydi, her birini keyifle tükettik. Hijyen konusunda da en ufak bir sorun yaşamadık; her şey son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Personel ise her zaman güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Aralık ayında havuz biraz soğuk geldi bize. Yağmurlu hava nedeniyle dış aktiviteler sınırlıydı; bu nedenle havuzun bir tık daha ısıtılması harika olurdu. Hamam, sauna ve buhar odası oldukça temiz ve bakımlıydı. Ancak dinlenme alanlarının biraz sınırlı olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Kış aylarında dinlenmek için mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Yazın ise çok daha keyifli olacağını düşünüyorum!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war erneut ein absoluter Traum! Nachdem wir schon im Vorjahr begeistert waren, hat das Hotel auch dieses Mal all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Kombination aus hervorragendem Service, toller Ausstattung und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre macht diesen Ort zu unserem Lieblingsziel für den Herbsturlaub. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie herzlich und professionell das Personal ist. Viele Mitarbeiter erkannten uns vom Vorjahr wieder, was uns ein Gefühl von Vertrautheit und Willkommenheit gab. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass nahezu das gesamte Team vom Vorjahr noch im Hotel beschäftigt ist – ein Zeichen für ein großartiges Betriebsklima. Die Zimmer waren perfekt: frisch renoviert, sauber bis in die Ecken und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Essen war stets frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich top. Auch wenn wir uns etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht hätten, ist das bei einem Hotelbetrieb sicher schwer umzusetzen. Der Live-Grill auf der Terrasse mit exzellentem Fleisch und Fisch hat uns jeden Abend aufs Neue begeistert. Der Shuttleservice innerhalb der Anlage war eine praktische Ergänzung, die wir vor allem genutzt haben, um zum Elitebereich zum Mittagessen zu gelangen. Ansonsten ist die Anlage angenehm übersichtlich, sodass man den Shuttle meist nicht benötigt – es sei denn, man möchte nach dem Essen schnell wieder zurück an den Strand. Ein Highlight sind definitiv die Pavillons am Strand mit ihrem exzellenten Getränke- und Bringservice. Das macht den Strandbesuch besonders komfortabel und entspannt. Abgerundet wurde unser Aufenthalt durch die Möglichkeit, den Guest Relation Service auch über WhatsApp zu erreichen – ein moderner und äußerst praktischer Service, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Schon jetzt freuen wir uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Herbst 2025. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich etwas Besonderes, und wir können es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Stayed in June 2024 for 10 nights and have just booked to return in June 2025 for another 10 nights. No, our stay wasn’t perfect but on reflection, we felt that it ticked a lot of boxes for a family ranging from 10 yrs - 74 yrs, therefore we are returning! One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, good food, good drinks (must be clear and ask for brand when ordering), great pools, beach, entertainment and activities on offer. Option to book 2 of the ala cartes as booked with Jet2, fish restaurant and one of the others. We didn’t bother with the fish as after our visit to the Mexican, which was a nice change to receive table service. The guys preferred the food available in the main restaurant. Could be busy at times but the food on offer was good, especially the outdoor bbq section. This could be better by adding pizza and the southern fried chicken options nightly to cater for the kids. The chef speciality section was always nice and very tasty. Particularly enjoyed the noodle dishes. Another big hit with everyone, was the table service burger bar on offer next to the beach during the day. Great selection of ice lollies available at the pool bar and ice cream on tap during the day in the 24 hour bar area. Nightly entertainment was good and we usually ended the night in the piano lobby bar. One issue in the public areas especially at night, was the lack of air con, it did get slightly uncomfortable a few nights. With a 10 year old in our party, we did pay extra for everyone to stay in the main hotel rather than the ‘elite’ section. The elite area is nice and only a few minutes walk over a small bridge from the main hotel but it is much quieter and seemed to lack a bit of atmosphere during the day but if travelling without children under 13, this may suit you better. The patisserie in elite is nicer and the pool loungers more luxurious but being over at the main pool daily next to the slides, suited both the wee and big kids in our party! Our room was perfect, modern, clean, double wardrobe , kettle and stocked mini bar. Our balcony was very small but we really only used it to dry wet swim wear. Towels collected daily from the spa area. Returned each day and given cards to collect fresh in the morning so no towels to dry or take up space in the room. Did not use the spa but a few in our party enjoyed the gym and also the various fitness activities on offer. My son loved the daily 5pm football on the grass area and joined us in the lobby bar for a milkshake afterwards. Due to celebrating a special occasion, we had 2 x beach cabanas for the day and must say, these were fantastic. Fruit and sweet platters, along with waiter drinks service. We all thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Room for improvement: Being from the UK we did feel a bit 2nd class to other nationalities but on speaking to hotel staff, they are trying to build their clientele from the UK. Bereits zum zweiten Mal feiern wir Weihnachten in diesem Hotel. Trotz dem regnerischen Wetter haben wir die Zeit im Hotel sehr genossen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich. Vor allem möchten wir die Animatorinnen vom Kidsclub danken: Stefania, Christina und Lilia. Das Programm im Kids Klub war toll, für jeden Alter was dabei. Sogar unsere Teens haben viel Spaß gehabt. Weiterhin möchten wir das Fitness Angebot im Hotel loben: Zumba, Flying Yoga, Jumping... Die Trainerin Tamara macht das mit viel Freude und Energie. Danke! Das einzige Problem im Hotel ist, dass die Soundisolation in Zimmern schlecht ist. Wir haben ein Paar Nächte wegen laute Nachbarn nicht geschlafen. Aber sonst war alles super! Danke an das ganze Team!

It was a superb hotel. Staff are all very friendly. We stayed with our 5 year old daughter during Christmas, and their kids activities were fantastic. Steph and Lilia led the mini disco after dinner every night which was my daughter's favourite. They also had other activities afterwards so that we could relax at the piano bar if we wanted. The activity room and the bar are next to each other so that we felt safe and relaxed to do so. Food is available 24/7, drinks are also always available either at the bar, cafe or in our room. The entertainment team work very hard to give their guests the best time. The weather was a little disappointing as it rained so much, which means lots of the outdoor facilities were closed. But when the sun was out,it was so beautiful and enjoyable outside too. Would definitely recommend for families holiday. We'll stay again in the future.
