The staff at the reception- the one who knows English that’s John is extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately the others don’t know English n can barely manage to communciate. The room size is good, balcony is extremely huge and nice to sit n a very good sea view. However the bathroom had a hi fi shower state and jaccuzi however it wasn’t working. The water was leaking from the AC and a pool was formed. Housekeeping staff was quite ridiculous and entered our room without our permission, which is quite ridiculous. Breakfast was good, though egg options weren’t there. They had a coffee machine so one could have cappuccino, hot chocolate etc.. It has been taken over by the Allan group but facilities are quite poor. No toiletries nothing is provided like living in a guest house. Pricing was high as compared to the services provided.
