Bodmin Holiday Park

I can only give 4 stars on this holiday park. All fine except for their WIFI ( super not working). I was charged 14.99 on my Credit card without giving me their WIFI connection . I was trying to get through to their WIFI services and I was charged £14.99 for 3 nights but never received email confirmation of my payment and No WIFI connection received. I’ve complaint to their main reception staff and she tried to call their main office to resolve the issue but phone is always engaged all the time she took my number and the staff said they will call me but no return call received. Upon returning our villa key to main reception I told the same staff in the reception that their main office never called me back. She gave me the number of their main office for me to call them.. same scenario I still couldn’t get through to their main office to refund my money.. Otherwise we still enjoyed our short breaks on this holiday park .., Pls avoid their WIFI…

Just got back from 2 consecutive weekends at BHP, needed for personal reasons. Have now stayed in every type of unit; good sized accommodation throughout. And there are both pet-friendly and pet-free units, which is important for us as my wife is asthmatic. We always use the gym, which is well equipped. Ideal location for exploring Cornwall as its just off Cornwall Services junction on the A30 And the staff are really friendly and helpful.....which makes all the difference! Enjoy!!!!

I stayed here from 21st March to 24th in house 12. I had a fantastic time. Terry the new manager was fantastic, friendly and professional and looked after us, as were the whole team, the accommodation and food was excellent as well as the fishing lakes ( I caught 2 large cods on my first day) absolutely nothing to fault at all. i would highly recommend staying here. thank you. I'll be back!
