365 Ocean has lots of positives but needs to improve if it wants returning guests. Pros: -The room was clean, modern, and newly renovated with a comfy bed. -Parking was easy -Location was great and we felt safe. -The coffee station was a lovely touch. Cons: -An email to the hotel a week before arrival was never answered. -Our front door had a code to access, not a card. It wasn’t easy to open at first. It was very late, we were exhausted. After 10 tries we got in. Tip: punch in the code very slowly. -Front desk was not open very often. You must call, leave a message to get assistance for anything and wait for a call back… which isn’t convenient while on vacation. -Although the pool area is very nice; pets are allowed. We did encounter (and smelt) some smudged #2s (some were attempted to be picked up and others not). -Items offered to guests need to be inventoried. We had one beach towel and cleaning staff shelves had none. The kitchen was missing some key items like a sharp knife, baking tray or foil and oven mitts. No beach umbrella or chairs were available as promised. -Shower pressure was low.

We arrived at 365 Ocean on our appointed day. Had to search the property for an office to check in, as there were no signs. When I finally found it, it was closed. The number on the sign lead to an answering machine. After several minutes, was able to get through to someone who informed me that the room l'd reserved was "down for maintenance." They offered a "better" room at another property nearby. Not great, since other family members were at 365. We went over to the other property, and after gaining entry, found that room unprepared for guests. No clean sheets, and the dirty sheets were on the floor. They then told us we could have the room across the hall. I asked that the CSR rep stay on the line while I checked it. It too, was not ready. Same issues. We booked a Hilton property nearby and had a lovely stay. The rep offered me 3 free nights in the future, but I truly don't think I can put my family through that again. Even for free. Later found that other family members staying at 365 had received detailed check-in instructions and door codes. We got none of that

Stayed here for 3 nights with in April. From the UK, visited our daughter at FAU. The room (one bed apt 218), was lovely, nice balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub, which was very clean and well maintained. Free parking at the property too. The room had been recently refurbished and was very modern, everything we needed was there. Great price for the location, opposite the beach and a 10-15 min walk into Boca. Not too far from FAU too. Easy email communication re check in. A great stay, we will return!

Really nice property! The bed was comfy, the rooms beautiful and well appointed, complex was quiet and convenient. I would gladly return. There is construction currently behind the pool. The park and beach across the street is lovely and I enjoyed the moonrise and sunrise views there.
