Believe all of the negative reviews.
- Electricity outage 3 times
- No A/C for 3 days and nights
-No hot water for 3 days and nights
-Moldy bathroom curtains, and rusty bedside lamps
-Unfiltered Pool water
-Food is absolutely terrible except for the boiled eggs
-beds titled up (foot level)
Look at pictures and also these complaints are shared by my parents whom were staying in the same hotel but in another room.
Everyone repeatedly complained to no avail.
On a positive note, the beach is beautiful and the cappuccino Nescafé is fabulous.

Нам отель очень понравился. Мы приехали очень уставшие,нас сразу же отвезли на обед,чтоб не терять время,а когда мы поели,сразу заселили( даже не пришлось ждать).Территории отеля очень большая,но все расположено очень удобно. Много пальм и зелени. Весь персонал очень приветливый, дружелюбный, улыбчивый. Если что-то попросить,сразу это делают. Аниматоры большие умнички. К каждому ребенку находят подход .В номере убирались каждый день,все чисто. Территория пляжа чистая и очень близко от отеля,это главное,не надо далеко идти. Шезлонгов всем хватает, у бассейна тоже их много. Отдыхали в начале ноября,погода 🔥 Изнуряющей жары нет,вода теплая,детям купаться в самый раз. Вечером тоже тепло

I have been going here for many years the workers greet me like family or an old friend they remember my name and i love that. I remember when i first went they had an ice cream parlor and would have shows and some vendors where you can buy items to take back home they were all inclusive and it was beautifully. Am sure can every room on both side was taken however when i went this year the entire back i guess was being turned into apartments its no longer all inclusive the crowd was not there and they are working with not much workers am a bit heartbroken i miss some of the folks that had become friends with me and not to mention the the all inclusive, the crowds i do truly. I miss sitting by the beach at night with the music and drinking something in a glass that the friendly bartenders would make. That being said i will continue going there is a wonderfully beach in the back that i love swimming in however i hope they bring back the all inclusive so the crowd and workers will be back . Deborah

The hotel is not what it use to be at all… the club was not open and it was boring the only fun was leaving the resort… the shows was not what they were before and the food was not that great but if you eat out side the resort it was amazing… the only plus for me is that it will force me to try another spot I would go there 3 times a year in the past … I’m a person of habit! and the Uber is not safe there once your in the car they say that Uber is paying to low and they can’t take you to where u want to go unless you give them 1500 more in pesos…….

Hotel dispuesto en una buena ubicación si desea relajarse en la playa. Todos los empleados muy agradables y bien educados... La comida es muy exquisita y varía todos los días. En mi opinión, debería mejorarse la limpieza de las habitaciones.

Boca Chica is probably the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. Garbage piles everywhere. There people don’t care where they drop their garbage. The dogs! Jesus. Tons of dogs and dog poop, even in the water. Do you want pampers with that ocean view? You got it

I came here for the first time ever. I truly hate this hotel. The worse hotel I don’t recomend to anyone. When I got in they service poor the receptionist not good at all the room OMG the worse of the worse they smell straight like MOD and the toilet don’t event work. My bed was dirty and had **** all over the sheets and pillows. The worse it’s not event close to a 2.7 star hotel I swear if I could give them a 0 start I would have. I please don’t come to this hotel you will regret it. It’s not worth the price. DONT EVEN HAVE WI-FI N The tv never have a good signal either the worse people don’t make my mistake don’t think because in pictures look beautiful it’s beautiful because it’s not. It’s a true nightmare.. the room was so dirty it’s crazy sheets and all.

I will never book this hotel again. This hotel is horrible. No service no entertainment. Rooms were horrible. Smell really bad like Moe got me sick. Two nights in a row with a bad migraine hit it smelling it all night. Floors were disgusting.
