Best hotel by far in Phong Nha!! This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. We missed the crowds and had the caves to ourselves Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Pool outside was super nice and the food was great. We usually try different places when we travel but ended up eating every meal at the property.

I can’t imagine a better first day in Phong Nha or a better place to stay than Victory Roads Villas! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff gave us the best recommendation for a motorbike ride loop around the national park, which was an unforgettable adventure. The botanical gardens bike ride and the Paradise Cave visit were absolutely incredible, making for a perfect day of exploring the stunning natural beauty of the area. Our villa was absolutely gorgeous, with a breathtaking design and a bed that was unbelievably comfortable! We had everything we needed and more. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was evident, and we truly felt at home. Dong was a gem!! We are so grateful for the stellar treatment and would highly recommend Victory Roads Villas to anyone visiting Phong Nha. It was a truly special experience!

Victory Road Villas is clearly the best hotel in Phong Nha. It’s expensive but the service was great - very helpful staff advising on what to do in the area and making the arrangements for you. The view from our room was great, spectacular even. We definitely thought we chose well staying there.

Nhà hàng sang trọng, ấm cúng, đồ ăn ngon, phục vụ nhanh, giá cả hợp lí, nhân viên lúc nào cũng nhiệt tình, nhanh nhẹn, luôn tươi cười khi phục vụ khách, 10 điểm cho sự thân thiện của Hiền, Hồng về cách bắt chuyện, hỏi thăm khách, tạo sự gần gũi thoải mái , đầu bếp xinh đẹp Yến làm đồ ăn ngon, nhanh, sạch sẽ, dịu dàng. Cảm ơn và hẹn gặp lại !!!!

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Das Apartment war sehr großzügig mit Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Man hatte einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Landschaft, insbesondere auf die Bergkette. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich. Die Pizzas schmecken uns sehr gut. Da es relativ kalt war, brannte der Kaminofen. Das gab eine schöne Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr gut Englisch sprechend.

We stayed here with friends and family and we were so well looked after, the staff were exceptional! From the transfer drivers, reception staff, waitresses and security guard! The villas are beautiful, clean and comfortable. We were so well looked after by Lan and the team! Thank you

Spacious accommodations in a beautiful setting.

I loved my stay here at the victory road villas. The staff were so welcoming and friendly especially Lan. My sister got her nails done in our room for great price. The food was very tasty especially the penne carbonara and brownie! I enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing on the pool table after dinner.

This hotel is amazing! So relaxing, clean and beautiful. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful. Lan and her team were great! The food is delicious, we ended up eating every meal there. The pool is lovely and relaxing. I’m ur room had a swing on the balcony with a view of the mountains. Highly recommend it!

Idéalement situé sur la rue principale de Phong Nha, l’établissement a un style atypique. Nous somme arrivés par le train du matin et avons eu l’agréable surprise de pouvoir déjà disposer de notre chambre sans supplément. D’ailleurs ici pas de chambres mais d’ immenses appartements duplex très bien décorés et équipés, et très propres. Les petits déjeuners sont servis à table avec un choix à la carte. Nous y avons également très bien diné sous les jolies lanternes de la grande terrasse.

My husband and I had planned to stay in Phong Nha for 3 nights but after our first day we added a 4th night to our trip because we just felt so relaxed and comfortable staying in this AMAZING villa and location. We loved everything about our stay. The villas were gorgeous, the staff were so fantastic, the food delicious, the atmosphere relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble and the lovely staff were so helpful and informative about how to visit everything we wanted to see in the area. They organised a scooter for us and also organised our tour to the DMZ on our way to Hue when we left. We could have stayed in Phong Nha longer - it was such a quaint rural village. We also met the owner of the Villas, Ben, who with his wife also own Phong Nha Farmstay and he was a great Aussie guy, very genuine and informative. Cannot recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and did not have one negative thing to say about our experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. The facilities were brilliant. The villas are clean and spacious. We spent 2 days exploring caves and had one day to relax. It was very easy to fill in a hot day between playing billiards and having a swim in the pool. The restaurant was awesome. We had the best beef steak we’ve ever eaten here. Definitely highly recommend staying here!
