Not lush and no special touch The location was spot on... Staff friendly..... Room was not as clean as I hoped for Windows not clean shower didn't work properly Shower drain didn't work properly no hand soap.... Blinds was not working..... But when it came to bfast I was shocked ONLY aloud 1 cofee if you want more drinks you have to pay for it..... Also soaps in room was poor and gave powder milk in rooms for cofee It didn't have that lush feel to it..... More money making feel..... Sad as it has alot going for it....

Enttäuschent Es waren die letzten Tage unseres Urlaubs und wir wollten mal ein Hotel testen (wir bevorzugen Guesthouse) Alle habe sich bemüht doch es fehlt an Herzblut in diesem Hotel. Sauberkeit war sehr Enttäuschent. Überall schwarze Haare, Bett, Badezimmer. Frühstück war naja. Die Bilder online sehen mega aus, doch am Ort ist es nicht autthentisch, alles viel kleiner. Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet.

Staff: Very nice Food: did not eat here Basics: 1 night stay, power went out twice between 8:00pm and 1:00am, woke up to no hot water for a shower Experience: Room was very nice, view amazing but I left early due to not having basics like electricity and got water. Vibe: A bit "scary movie" like. Recommendation: Property needs USB ports, and upgraded electricity source to company load shedding. It's 2024! Get it together! Should you stay here: not without a flashlight and your own hot water.

Our family would like to compliment the staff, the food and the venue of Belle Maroc in celebrating our grandmother’s 80th birthday on the 27th Dec 2021. Adri, together with her team made us all feel extremely welcomed and tended to all our needs and requests with great care and friendliness. The day was made even more exceptional with all the attention to detail and we cannot thank her enough, as well as for the chef for making this an extremely special day for our grandmother. The food was delicious and more than we could’ve ever imagined it to be for our group. Having the chef come in personally to explain the menu and take the orders with the family plates in the middle of the tables, was truly priceless. Everyone was very happy and couldn’t stop talking about how great the place was, the exquisite food and how amazing all the staff were. Thank you for making her birthday even more memorable, we will definitely be back!

Had a most relaxing stay, home from home. Their food was delicious. The trout burger is one of the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten. The staff was a delight. Will definitely be back next year!
