"Never book with Agoda travel Agents NEVER. We booked at this guesthouse while traveling thru Agoda, the guesthouse replied immediatly that they are fully booked, Agoda ignored the email, and still debit the amount from bank card, we arrived just to find out they fully booked, we were stranded and had to drive in the middle of the night to our next destination. Since the 28 of March 2026 we try to get a refund from Agoda with no luck. I went on facebook and there are litteraly 100 and 100 of people that lost money to Agoda due to this bad service. So please dont make the same mistake and loose money to Agoda scammers. Booking never took place because fulle booked, but i paid for it. Invoice attached"

"The staff are friendly, the bed was amazing, the room was clean & tidy. A peaceful environment close to Minosa Mall & restaurants, very conveniently situated. Breakfast was more than enough for a meal & freshly made. I would recommend. The only thing missing is that there is no cutlery & crockery but there is a microwave."

Huone, jonka olemme olleet on suuri, vuode on King koko ylellinen valkoinen sängyssä saat korkea-asteen hotellit, loput kylpyhuone ja keittiö on moderni kivitavarat, ilmastointi säätää lämpötilaa yöllä. Me todella nukuimme hyvin. Syötäväksi suositeltiin tilata läheltä ravintola (Mama Sol) joka oli todellinen hoito. Lahjakas osia, rintakehät ja sirut. Classic Etelä-Afrikan keittiö. Ympäristö on kuin majatalo pelitilassa. On paljon rahaa (sebrat, impalat? Kotieläinten, auringonkukka). Olemme menossa aamiaista, joka epäilemättä myös on suuri muiden arvostelujen ja katsella maatilan."

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Sindiswa, she is truly a gem and made the stay even more special with her warm and attentive service. The owner, Rhyno, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The guest house is situated in a beautiful, tree-lined and peaceful area, which creates such a relaxed and calm atmosphere. You immediately feel at ease. I would gladly stay there again anytime and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bloemfontein, whether for business or simply to explore the city. The breakfast was outstanding generous, delicious, and more than enough food! Well done to Rhyno and his team"
