"Never book with Agoda travel Agents NEVER. We booked at this guesthouse while traveling thru Agoda, the guesthouse replied immediatly that they are fully booked, Agoda ignored the email, and still debit the amount from bank card, we arrived just to find out they fully booked, we were stranded and had to drive in the middle of the night to our next destination. Since the 28 of March 2026 we try to get a refund from Agoda with no luck. I went on facebook and there are litteraly 100 and 100 of people that lost money to Agoda due to this bad service. So please dont make the same mistake and loose money to Agoda scammers. Booking never took place because fulle booked, but i paid for it. Invoice attached"

"Yöllä oleskelu Villa Balissa oli vain tarpeen rauhallisen yön lepoa. Meitä oli lämpimästi tervetullut yksi herrasmiehistä vastaanotto. Check-in oli sileä, ystävällinen ja tehokas. Hän saattoi meidät toimitushuoneisiin ja antoi meille tuntea kotona. Huoneet olivat hyvin puhtaita, vaaleanpunaisia valkoisia pellava sängyt sekä sähköiset kaapelit tarjota lepoa kylmä talviyö. Jokaisessa huoneessa on täydentävää teetä, kahvia, maitoa ja pullotettua vettä. Kaunis kosketus on Sally Williams Nougat sijainnit jokaisen sängyn vieressä. Kylpyhuoneessa on suihku sekä kylpyhuone sekä runsaasti pyyhkeitä ja täydentävät WC-astiat. Ruhsaa yöä yöllä nautimme lounaasta aamiaisesta. Buffet on enemmän kuin riittävä erilaisia kohteita. Koska olemme tiukasti halal, voimme syödä vain jogurtteja, hedelmiä, pähkinöitä, granolaa, herkullisia muffineja, kroissanteja ja fluffy crumpee. Se oli kuitenkin enemmän kuin tarpeeksi meille. Mieheni oli super vaikuttunut koki valmistella hänen keitetyt munat aivan kuten hän rakastaa niitä. Haluaisin erittäin suositella Villa Bali. Se on keskipisteenä ja lähellä ruokailuja ja malleja. Kiitos Villa Bali kaunis oleskelu ."

"I spent a night at this hotel with some family. I have mixed feelings about it. The rooms were clean and good, with a nice bathroom. The interior of the hotel is pretty. The rooftop bar and dining room are good settings. However, my dissatisfaction arose during the meals. The drinks took a while to arrive once we ordered even though the place wasn’t busy. This was confusing since the drinks we ordered wouldn’t take a long time to prepare (e.g. a can of soft drink or a beer). During the meals, we found that we couldn’t order certain things on the menu because the kitchen didn’t have enough stock of it left. We only found this out after ordering and had to take another look at the menu."

It is very close to the N1 highway to be back on the road in 5 minutes in the morning, but secluded enough not to hear a single car at nigh. Truly the best of both worlds. Annalie, the owner runs a tight ship and the quality of the accommodation has never deteriorated.
