Огромный двухкомнатный номер с двумя ванными комнатами, размером с двухкомнатную квартиру. Уборка по требованию, меняют постель и полотенца. Персонал реально приветливый, отзывчивый. В ресторане еда самая разнообразная, в основном национальная, все стараются услужить. Хочется отметить официанток Анну, Хирум и Джона за их внимательность и дружелюбие.

We sent three email in advance regarding transport from the airport but had no response. On arrival at the airport at 2215, we called them and they eventually sent someone. We were shown to a room overlooking an area where they were clearly building. We were then shown two more rooms - and finally chose one overlooking the pool but with some signs of external work. We were tired and they agreed to make a better offer the following morning. We were the only guests at breakfast, which was good. There was no buffet due to Ramadan but we were well served. The breakfasts were the best part of our stay! We went back to reception, where we were offered a villa over the other side of the bridge - so not close to either the pool or restaurant. As we were just staying one more night, and they said there would be no more work outside, we decided to stay where we were. We asked for information about good guides - it took them so long to come back, we had already made arrangements . However, they continued to work both in the mornings and evenings and we complained again and again. We asked for compensation but the only thing they offered was a free buffet dinner and free transit to the airport. We emailed again asking for the name of the GM but still have not had a reply. Their customer service is applorable. Had they told us in advance that they were refurbishing rooms and external areas during Ramadan, we would have booked elsewhere....we had been on the move for 10 days and were looking for a relaxing couple of day - NO chance of that. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Recently we visited your Friday brunch, it was very amazing. We really enjoyed your food & service specially Jeewan and John. I found lots of variety in buffet.Your hotel has one of the best view . Once again thank you guys. We will love to see you again.

My wife and I decided to try Dragon Hotel today for their breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed the choices and the food quality is very good. I give special thanks to the chefs and also to host Jenny who is friendly and gave us excellent service. We will definitely come back.

Been in this hotel for several times and I do appreciate the hospitality of the server named Anne,she is super extraordinary,she never change the level of her service to us.alone of the reason we keep coming back as well.thank you for that Anne.

Its really amazing place to visit,nice view and nice staff.Special mention to Anne,she always introduce the new promotions to us whenever we visit the place.And the way she take care of us are really good,she knows what we want unless we change our order.Thanks to the manager who takes care of the staff

Me and my friend come to the hotel and enjoy our time ,very good environment and the food good also. “Anne” very very very good with the guest and she make us more enjoy to the place even quiet place,she always smile and very good place.Thank you Anne for the nice smile and service.

We came back with my friend and we love the place the food and especially the lady at the restaurant and bar name ANNE.She has a very gentle service to all the guest and remembers our name wenever we come back.Over all experience are good and we’ll sure come back again

Last year my ex-boss told me about Bahrain as a new tourist direction and I haven't complained. I have chosen Dragon hotel for its comfort and because it is close to seaside. Excellent service and delicious food. Especially I can mention Jenny.

Нахожусь под впечатлением от своего пребывания в этом отеле. Прекрасная лагуна, вода нереального цвета. Маленький пляж, но народу мало, иногда плавала просто одна. От шумного мегаполиса можно отдохнуть. Кто хочет тихого отдыха нужно именно сюда. Брали с родственницей полупансион (завтрак+ужин), вполне хватило. Столовая очень красивая, персонал вышколенный. Особенно хочу отметить Дженни, очень скромная и исполнительная девушка. Еда вкусная, мне повезло я люблю острую еду, но если предупредить повара, что не любите острую еду, вам сделают как вам надо. Немного надоедала музыка, одни и те же крутили песни, до самой ночи, и в номере было слышно. Вечером можно было прогуляться по Амваджу, красивые виды, и самое главное совершенно безопасно. Никто не пристаёт, как например в Египте. Да страна дорогая, но и уровень жизни там конечно выше, это надо учитывать, поэтому и экскурсии конечно дороговаты. Хотелось бы больше экскурсий взять. Берите переходники, а то не сможете ничего зарядить. Планирую вернуться снова.

отель понравился, были в начале марта 2024 года, заселились быстро, номера просторные. благодарю администратора Александру и спасибо за сюрприз на 8 марта! брали завтрак+ужин, кухня очень вкусная! повару отдельное спасибо! спокойное место, относительно рядом есть несколько маркетов!
