Donatella and her daughter Francesca are two of the loveliest people you will ever meet. Their Villa Costanza is absolutely gorgeous with incredible views. Our room was very large with sla private terrace where we relaxed in the mornings and evenings. We had a perfect vantage for the nightly firework show from Como. There are restaurants within walking distance and the towns up to Bellagio are short rides for trips. Donatella arranged our last-minute dinner reservations and each location was magnificent and crowded. She even came and picked us up during a rain storm. Breakfast was a daily feast with homemade croissants and breads with varieties of fruit, cheeses, meats and eggs served to order and coffees of your choice with juices. Can't wait to get back here. After a week of 5 star hotel stays in other places, Villa Costanza blows them all away. This is the first review I've ever written for a hotel but feel compelled to tell the world of this incredible place.

Phenomenal hosts-Donatella and Francesca were entirely focused on helping their guests have an enjoyable experience both at the villa and in exploring Lake Como area. The villa is beautiful and overlooks the Como section of this incredible place. Cernobbio is across the lake, and we enjoyed fireworks on the private deck adjacent to our wonderful and expansive room. Breakfast are a highlight, and enjoyed one on the large outside patio off the main level. Blevio itself is a smaller village, but on one day we were able to take the hiking trail up to Brunate village at the top of the funicular from Como. Incredible views, and a great place for a meal overlooking the town of Como itself. We truly enjoyed all aspects of our stay, and are appreciative of the care and attention our hosts provided to enjoy the visit. Thank you again, and we will look forward to a return visit.

Our stay was wonderful. The owners were very accommodating. They organized massages on our balcony, a dinner on site, and were helpful with recommendations and reservations. Views are breathtaking, room was spacious, bed comfortable, and the AC was so nice! It is located on a busy road but so is almost everything on Lake Como.

Villa Costanza was our first stop in Italy and it was the highlight of our trip. The villa is private and quiet with one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. Our experience here was special because of the relationship we built with the amazing family who runs and takes pride in the villa. Shout out Francesca and Donatella. We already miss ya! :)

I cannot say enough about how amazing Villa Constanza is! We went as a belated 50th for my husband in June 2024. Donatella and her daughter Francesca were brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble. They helped with recommendations of things to see, restaurants, bars and logistics. They booked things for us and even dropped us off when we couldn't get a taxi or the bus. The breakfasts are delicious and Donatella also made us a couple of very lovely lunches when we spent time at the villa. The rooms are beautifully done and considered and there's even a pool area with a view across the lake. The perfect place to stay- we'll definitely be going back! Would highly recommend.

Our four-night stay at Villa Costanza was fabulous. I am already missing Donatella's breakfast spread (she could be a pastry chef at a five-star restaurant). Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The views lovely. Donatella is so warm and welcoming. She is helpful in every way, including making dinner reservations and suggesting tours and hikes. We highly recommend Villa Constanza!

Warning...do not stay at Villa Costanza. The description on the website for this villa is very misleading. The location is isolating. You cannot safely walk to shops or restaurants. The villa is at the top of a steep hill and the grounds -- stairs and pathways to get to and from the villa from the street, are very dangerous. Broken steps. Slick conditions. Poor lighting at night. See photos. And there are no sidewalks. When I raised concerns about walking the stairs and pathways and falling (I’m 59 years old), especially at night, the host walked away from me. She refused to hear my concerns. She was very rude and unaccommodating. Furthermore, the host lied to the booking agency I used about my stay by marking me as a no-show.

Struttura pulita, ottima vista, la struttura ha solo cinque camere e permette molta privacy. La signora Lucia che gestisce i servizi all interno della struttura è molto disponibile. la struttura non è a 500 metri sul mare come descritto su booking ma almeno 1 km ma non è importante tanto l' auto serve ugualmente per spostarsi. La camera dispone di macchina del caffè e mini frigo e acqua sempre disponibile. Si completa il B&B con un ampio parcheggio.
