The Garden House

Beautiful setting in grounds of wedding venue .easy check in with friendly staff member. Rooms clean and fresh nice touches of chocolate and well stocked with tea coffee etc. Very comfortable bed and good sized bathroom with bath/shower. No full length mirror which I would have liked as getting ready for wedding party. Views to gardens and drive uninterrupted but this was both ways so people walking enjoying the views could see straight into the room. Maybe a voile or net to obscure while we were getting ready would have been good as it was we had to close the blind and put light on. Breakfast served 8.30 till 9.30 we went down for 9.10 the room was well laid out and bright , good choice of cereals and pastry. Although the cooked breakfast was under hot lamps it was all cold sadly except for the sausages which by the way were delicious . We would come again that said as well presented and in lovely setting.

A nice and clean accommodation. The location was interesting being in the middle woods of Somerset. Breakfast was of good quality. We were received well and were looked after and guided to our room. The signs leading us to the House should be made easier to read.

We stayed at The Garden House when we attended a local event. It was perfect for what we needed. A really lovely hotel, stunning location with super friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were perfect, highly recommend this beautiful little gem!

Lovely hotel. Nice decor, plenty of pillows, lovely branded shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Clipper hot chocolate, tea and coffee in the room. A printed chocolate was a nice touch. Fantastic breakfast with local produce. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early before a wedding at no extra cost. Fantastic service. Thank you.

I stayed in room 2 of the garden house. I was met by Jake Sprouting who was exceptional on meeting me, he couldn’t help enough. A breath of fresh air. My stay was amazing. I was attending an evening wedding party and was a short distance to the main house. The room was amazing along with the facilities. I will definitely be coming back to stay again if I have a wedding or not. The breakfast offered was exceptional and all freshly cooked. Definitely worth the money. Plus safe parking outside of the Garden House. It was lovely to meet Ryan at breakfast the morning of check out as well. All round amazing stay.

Excellent stay in first class accommodation at The Garden House, Blagdon, in stunning grounds. We had a Double room with on suite which was spotlessly clean and with all the facilities we needed. Set in quiet surroundings there was no night time disturbances. We had a delicious excellent full English breakfast before leaving the next morning. Checking in and leaving was an easy procedure. Service was over and above when I unwittingly left my tablet behind in our room. I received a call and it was swiftly and safely posted to my home address. I could’nt ask for better care and honesty. Thank you to Ryan and The Team. We most certainly will recommend The Garden House to family and friends.
