"The room is so spacious. Couple of gripes are i was unable to have a coffee as the kettle had seen better days and was really grubby inside. When we got out of the lift at floor 1 there was an overwhelming smell of ******** as if someone had been smoking it in their room. We just looked at eachother as it is a personal dislike of that smell. Its very distinguished and lingers - the smell remained each time we got out of the lift. Service was impeccable."

"Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again."

However, next day denied the problem and was lying that the bottle was not spoiled. No cash refund, no bottle replacement was offered. Do not buy any beverages there you can get health issues."

Luonnollinen fani tarjottu, joka oli suuri lämpöaalto. Ja fantastinen tv asennettu seinään. Sosiaalinen ravintola oli loistava. Hieman kävely eteläpiirtä, mutta 70 ja työntämällä vaimoni käsin pyörätuoli, reitti kerran selitti Karl, oli helppo, ja kerran siellä, tramvailut olivat erinomaisia. Palaamme tähän paikan uudestaan ja uudestaan, teemme KUINKUN PRIMER INN INN BILANKPOOL-Rannalla, ja kiitämme teitä kaikkia suuresta oleskelusta."

"Hi it was nice . When we went in and a no it January they were no inter talent down the stairs jst a big tv way news . Could had. Bit of music . Fay 7 till 11.. pluse the ifftes were small . Our beds weren't up to standard we had to move rooms .. 🙄 we came down to see friend that jst move down there .. and was far walk bk specially yur mobility was gd ... a think the hotel should give out free tram tickets or a discount off them ... the hotel was nice down stair. But up stair. And the room should hve been. Cleaned .. staff more talk tuv ... it was gd tho we enjoyed it .. my son and my friend came to catch up way friends couse they moved down there .... thank s for have ing us .joyed it .staff were nice but should be more talk tiv .. in thank u to the matins guy for moveing us out the room .we should hve been in was cold radiator did work staff new that that room was use for a while ... again thank u .. staff were nice b⁸ut no very talkative.... like the place ..we will be bk ....jst to far out .."
