Blackpool Fc Hotel, Radisson Individuals

I really love the stadium view. It is a great for my 10-year-old kid. The staff are helpful. The hotel is comfortable despite the fact that it is a bit aged. It is quite easy to get there from the train station (Bus no. 5 / 5A; 15-20 mins) The hotel is right next to the Blackpool souvenir shop.

We were dissappointed in the car parking situation. It wasn't exactly made clear that you need to drive into where it was marked exit and press for them to lift the barrier. Then unfortunately there was no room so had to call into reception to find out where we could park it was a bit stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very secure as you need to press for access to the entrance. Once up to reception on the first floor we were welcomed and allocated a room. The room was very tired with marked and scratched walls and ceiling. The bathroom had all the ususl facilities but a great big crack was in the tiles on the floor about two and half feet long. The shower head was dirty and the bottom of the main door was peeling away. The bed was two single mattresses put together which were obviously well used and meant there was a bump in between which wasnt very comfy. The bar was expensive for drinks and the staff seemed to multitask serving and cleaning tables etc. Some of the same staff were at breakfast and it just felt a bit overall short staffed. The breakfast itself was adequate but basic. We did notify reception on checking out of our findings as we are not usually ones to complain but the issues do make a difference and some just general maintenance.

The hotel was fantastic although we were extremely disappointed that the gym and spa wasn’t available but cannot fault the actual service or hotel

Nice hotel, friendly staff with clean rooms and restaurant. Didn’t have a great night sleep as there was a dog barking constantly, didn’t realise at the time of booking the hotel is pet friendly, I think maybe pet bookings should maybe be allocated a block/section rather than keeping everyone up through the night, finally managed to get quiet around 2am. Staff were helpful though so this was no fault of theirs. Hotel is located well, easy to walk to main attractions etc. Good food for breakfast, although our table got cleared whilst getting a drink.

Arrived early and asked if we could access our room, Absolutely no trouble whatsoever. Had dinner and what can I say, beautiful food, excellent staff and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. We dined again on the 2nd night. Again, staff and food was brilliant. Definitely recommend and definitely be back in the future. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, great room with pitch view, staff really friendly and nice breakfast. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at the Blackpool Football Club Hotel. Parking was a little tricky and to be honest not a great deal of spaces if you arrive in the afternoon. But we eventually got one. Arriving at the hotel entrance you walk through the first automatic door, then press the intercom, then you can take the stairs or the elevator to reception on the first floor. The assistant on the desk was friendly and helpful. The decor was pleasant with little reminders that you’re at Blackpool Stadium all around which was fun and exciting for our little football fan. As we walked along the corridor to our room the room numbers were all lit up in Blackpool orange, which was tastefully done. We opened our room and it was fresh, clean, nicely decorated and ready for a family arrival. The housekeeping gave us some extra towels upon request. There was a great selection on the room hospitality tray too as well as complimentary toiletries. Our pitch view was fabulous. We weren’t there during any games but it was all very exciting for our little footie fan. We took a walk around the bar and restaurant area and although we weren’t heading out for dinner the staff were all very friendly, helpful and chatty. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you All.

We stay here every year the same month and always a delightful stay. Good quality breakfast freshly cooked. They have stopped serving tea and coffee to your table and now have a drinks machine, was not working well when we stayed. Stayed in the Bloomfield Suite which was imaculate and very spacious a truly wonderful evening. A bit more to pay but well worth it. Good position away from the main ***** so get a peaceful stay. Less parking now than before but managed to get a space and now chargable. Will be staying again next year.
