Lovely comfy bed, spotless room, delicious breakfast barm. The hosts Malc and Mandy are absolutely brilliant. They made us so welcome. It is just around the corner from the winter gardens, and a couple of mins walk to the promenade I 100% recommend staying here .

The clevedon For my 1 night stay this place was good The room was perfect even managed to get 4 hours uninterrupted sleep Malcolm was excellent when I had problems with my motorcycle phoned around some places the next morning he even made me a nice cup of tea Thanks Malcolm for all your help and the cuppa.. Hope to see you soon ( August time ) Danny

Lovely warm friendly welcome from hosts and dog too.Very clean and comfortable double room with basin. Great value for money. Great location for access to Winter Gardens. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Spent a couple of days over pride weekend. Friendly run ,very clean, comfortable bed nice big shower room .breakfast is very nice all in all. I will definitely book again .nice to see people who take pride in their work rarely seen these days.

What a lovely place. Mal and Mandy were absolutely lovely. Our room was spotless and had everything that we needed for our weekend stay. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. Was so nice we have even booked to return in October.

Wow The best hotel we have stayed in this is our 3rd stay and Malc and Mandy have just shown yet again how caring they really are Our cat broke down they let us stay till we could make arrangements to go home Nothing is too much trouble Clean bedrooms Could still smell the bleach in the bathroom 2 days into our stay as was so spotless Left feeling a part of their family and can't wait to come back and visit again

Very basic. No sitting area or bar available, key for every door you go through and the man watches your every move. It was fit for purpose would I go back absolutely not. However the man was ok considering he watched your every move. But was very creepy

I knew you would be the kind of person who could only give a bad review when you turned up with extra people and tried to sneak them in, but that's ok. I've had plenty of reviews which say the exact opposite and I'm sure people will be able to make their own mind up. I'm sorry if the keys were a bit too complicated for you but there are only 3 and I didn't need to watch you all on camera as you sounded like a herd of cattle every time arrived or left the hotel even when you tried to sneak out you woke me up, so I appeared to make sure you were gone.

Wonderful place in a great location, close to the town centre with wonderful owner's who can't do enough for you. The ensuite room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bacon buttie in the morning was spot on. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay. The hosts were great, room spotless and they do great bacon butties. Car parking is literally across the road and the location is excellent for key parts of Blackpool. Always nice to have friendly dogs to stroke. Highly recommend

Amazing experience, we were made to feel so welcome and treated like family, Nothing was too much! The property is very clean and well presented and in a Superb location. Breakfast batches available and well worth paying for!!! Thanks for a great weekend, we will definitely be back!!

Highly recommended. Owners warm and friendly. Clean and very comfortable. Stayed over numerous weekends in Blackpool and would have to say this was my best stay yet. Definitely will stay here next time I'm away

I was expecting bed and breakfast but they stopped doing breakfast with the corona virus awhile back
