Always a decent stay, paying for parking however on top of the price is disappointing. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel as always right near the pleasure beach the breakfast is fantastic with a great full English lots of pastries and juice

Nothing wrong with the hotel in general, but the PARKING IS £18 PER NIGHT!!!!! A TOTAL RIP-OFF!! No-one told us the parking was going to cost that much! All it said on the Trip.com website was paid parking, which you don't expect to be £18 per night!!!! Very disappointing and it spoiled our trip to Blackpool. Don't think we'll be back to this hotel!!

I’d like to say that the staff of the hotel were very lovely and polite and the restaurant staff were outstanding and the food was amazing and I would love to book the same hotel again next. I’d like to give you 10 out 10 and I would recommend you to friends.

Terrible hotel experience from Walking through the entrance to the reception. We picked the hotel due to the convinience to entering the park. We are told we couldn’t use the vip. And had to walk round the long way with our 2 young kids. The breakfast was shocking and we couldn’t book the restaurant for our dinner. It was the most expensive hotel to stay with but we were limited to the hotels services it offered. I feel we are due a bit part refund due to this.

All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were a party of 8 (split over 3 rooms) and hotel did great with having us seated all together or beside each other at both breakfast and dinner on our last night when all 8 of us went. Breakfast is your standard buffet but was still very nice and a good selection of cereals,croissants toast n jams and butters. On our last night we all decided to go for dinner as the weather was horrible and jyst wanted to keep warm n dry after bejng out in rain kostnof the afternoon. Although the food was lovely the service was really slow. With 2 young kids and a young teenager who has autism sitting for 3 hours overall is a bit of a joke. We were sometimes waiting between 20-30mins between courses to have our table cleared then a further 30 mins for deserts to arrive which isn't really good. Myself husband and daughter have stayed here a few times over past couple of years and do really like the hotel but just the service in restaurant needs to really improve.
