So happy we choose this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. It's in the perfect location. Close enough to the pubs to walk but far enough away to not hear any of the night life. Right next door to the train station. Free parking which was a must for us. Massive sainsburys near by. Very nice little cafe less than a minute away. Very clean hotel private bathroom. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Hosts were so polite and welcoming. Already looking to stay again.

Less than five minutes walk from the train station, location is perfect for those arriving in Blackpool by train and ten minutes walk into the down centre & beach Fernlea is the perfect location. New owners and catering more to families and couples than groups, Fernlea offers a comforable and friendly stay. Due to train problems I arrived two hours early but Kris and Yolander took me to my room and nothing was too much trouble. No breakfast but at £30 per night I have no issue. A single room with a double bed, en-suite, the room was adequate, clean and well stocked with tea & coffee. I stay every few months in Blackpool and will certainly return to Fernlea.
