Great stay Got in to accommodate early than 3pm very clean beautiful decor only downside kettle didn’t work properly had to kept switching off

We stayed at this lovely hotel during a weekend in November. We stayed in room 6 and it was comfortable and clean and quiet at night. The hotel is close to the tram and is only a short walk to all of Blackpool’s sights. We prepaid £10 for breakfast and what a treat it was.Breakfast is served at the nearby Kenley hotel. Josie and her husband immediately made us feel welcome and cooked our choices to order. We had a super weekend in Blackpool and if we ever return we would be happy to stay here again. Gerry and M.

Great place to stay, very clean. Also quiet at night. We stayed two nights visiting Winter Gardens and the casino. So felt this was an ideal location for us. Was also very well situated close to the sea front. Would defo recommend staying here.

Best place to stay in Blackpool. Stayed here twice now with my daughter and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are superb and Josie is an amazing host. Breakfast is delicious too. Highly recommended. Close to everything and a proper home from home.

Stayed in the family room which is 2 rooms in one. Firstly it's far from luxury, broken glass dresser, toilet door doesn't shut and when we walked in we were hit with a terrible damp smell. The issue is that the main room (room 1) is adjacent to another internal room(weird set up) so the windows would just open up into another room( there is a door that can take you into this room and it's full of rubbish/junk!) The back room window (room 2) had one tiny window which you could only open slightly due to a lock( the outside area is behind garages so probably why there is a lock) I told the owner about the damp and he tried to help but it made no difference. The damp smell was so over powering it ruined our stay, the bed sheets also smelled of damp. The room set up is not fit for purpose, the fact you can't open windows in the main room to let air flow is a big problem and with me being pregnant I felt like I couldn't breath properly in there. Not impressed at all and very baffled by all the good reviews. Perhaps we just had a terrible a room.

How anyone can rate less than 10/10 is beyond me. I travel a lot, and stay in many a hotel, B&B and Air B&B. This establishment was by far the best I have stayed in. Cleanliness 10/10. Decor 10/10. I have never had so much tea and coffee available in the room. Plug sockets too many to use, en-suite ample towels, toiletries, and spotless. I have OCD and it's very hard to please me, but this establishment went above and beyond. We will return to Blackpool just to stay here.
