Tropics Beach Hotel

Lively room. Staff were quick and friendly to greet on arrival. Overall room was good stagnated a and comfortable to sleep in. Would stay again in the future.

Hotel ok Hotel was ok pretty basic and in need of some TLC but for price we paid it was ok

Been this hotel a hand full of times thought it was perfect never had a problem before untill this trip, was by far the worst experience, stayed in room 8 on the top floor it was aboustley freezing, you cant put the heating on if needed cause theyve put it on a timer, the stentch in the room is disgusting it smells of DAMP and off milk, it was vile the carpet was wet through all at the bottom of the bed, when you use the shower it let's off a horrible smell of FISH in the room and bathroom, the shower door was hanging off so you couldnt shut it, The shower is also crap. Goes freezing cold then boiling hot its alright if you get a 2 second shower. When you ring up to tell them you have a problem the man comes over from the hotel opposite pissed as a fart not even arsed about the problem just says "it will be fine to stay here we never had a problem before in this room, we're fully booked up so we carnt move you" basically just doesn't give a crap about their guest, you could see they have had a leak on the walls so why not fix the problems in your hotel and shut it untill it's back to good standards like it used be, can definitely tell its changed since the women has left, never experienced anything like this before when she was there! Definitely wouldn't stay here again what a run down hotel, Only positive they let you come in earlier than 2 if needed.
