Hotel Epinal - Spa & Casino

This is the most romantic hotel I have ever been, the staff is super friendly, the food is delicious and the chef Toni cracks the funniest jokes to make you feel like home. The price is insanely cheap as opposed to the other Hotels in Bitola. Would love to come again whenever I can.

The food was disgusting so terrible its such a shame for restaurant in the middle of the city. We ate soup corba and never again will go there. So expensive but that doesn't matter the food is worst than you can feed the dogs. So disappointed. Never again will go there. The waiter was ok young guy and he spilled the soup on the table but is fine .

We did not stay in this hotel but decided to eat here one evening and this review is therefore only in respct of the restaurant. The location is good and the service can’t be faulted and the staff speak good English. But the food was average despite a good choice on the menu. The main saving grace was the good local draught beer. It is a large restaurant so advance reservations are not necessary.

Πραγματικά πολύ κακη εξυπηρέτηση ειδικά από την ρεσεψιόν. Το φαγητό πολύ μέτριο. Και ενώ υποτίθεται πως το παρκιγκ αν δειπνήσεις στο εστιατόριο είναι δωρεάν, εμας μας το χρέωσαν. Δεν το προτείνω!!!!!!

Had lunch here downstairs, the ambiance is nice and good, however the food is not meeting the prices. It is too expensive OR the food is not that good. The prawns, not that impressive for the price, the chicken salad is terrible ... Is it 1 kg of green salad with indeed fried chicken.
