Food was good. Loved the bar. Room smelled like sewage but they put deodorisers in the toilet.

Отель Riva в Бодруме — уютное место с комфортной атмосферой, где можно отдохнуть от городской суеты. Но настоящей изюминкой отдыха становится анимация, особенно благодаря Зарине. Зарина — душа отеля! Она легко создаёт атмосферу радости, вовлекая гостей в танцы, спортивные активности и вечерние шоу. Её энергия и доброжелательность заряжают позитивом, а её умение находить подход к каждому делают отдых особенным. Если вы любите активный и весёлый отдых, в этом отеле обязательно останетесь в восторге от её работы! 🎉

Was here for 10 nights we spent 1 night in the room that was allocated, this room was so small, dirty, and very dated nothing at all like the pictures on their website, got moved the next day to a slightly bigger room which was slightly cleaner and more bearable but still not great and certainly not a 4 star room, the only lights in the room are bedside lamps which on one side had exposed wires, the cupboard which had the fridge in had a broken door, the bathroom was full of mould.quilts have no covers on, rooms are not cleaned to any standard in fact we'd been there 7 days before our sheets were changed, I suspect the towels were just folded to look like they'd been changed. STEPS I don't think anyone could exaggerate the amount of stairs to get anywhere in this hotel there is a lift in the main building but absolutely no help as you still need to use stairs to get anywhere. Most of the stairs don't have handrails and have very poor lighting, most are natural stone so very uneven and broken steps, the steps on the bar side up to the restaurant has a banister that wobbles as you hold it so safer to go up the other side and use the wall, made me and my family not want to do much as the thought of the stairs was off putting. The sunset bar is a lovely area and the barstaff were nice especially a lady whose name means love in English, the entertainment was poor and certainly didn't play music to suit there audience in fact you'd be forgiven if you thought you'd gone out clubbing. The food was nice with a good variety everyday and kept well stocked. During our stay we had multiple power cuts, and the WiFi is very poor. I have no idea how this hotel ever got 4 stars i would give it 2 at most. Don't expect a room anything like pictures you see on booking sites. The best thing about this hotel is the views.

Aile için uygun bir otel yemekleri çok güzel yeterli. Manzara muhteşem her katta ayrı güzellikte bir manzara var özellikle bar kısmındaki Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlı insanlar. Odalar 7/10 Yemekler 9/10 Bar 10/10 - (Sunset Bardaki özellikle Sevgi hanım ve arkadaşları yüzlerce yıldızzzzz) muhteşem ilgilenen personeller, her anlamda hizmetlerinde kusursuzlardı. Muhteşem bir otel, manzarası çok iyi. Özellikle Sevgi hanıma gidip özel kokteyllerinden hazırlatabilirsiniz.
