The terrace with the beautiful view of Lake Lugano is good to very good. We saw the 173 steps in a sporty way. For the price, everything else, such as the outdated furniture, mattresses, kitchen and bathrooms/toilet, is not justified. But in view of the f

We had a good stay, however we heard noises in the ceiling at night, surely mice or dormice.

Very nice view, enough space for 5-6 people. Access via steep stairs (173 steps) ).
