Nice hotel just little distance from city center, a big supermarket a less 100 metres with bus stop to get everywhere in city. Rooms nice and well equipped, staff fabolous above all receptionist Dimitri always eager for help. Breakfast buffet but food delicious and a 24 hours coffee and hot drinks avaible

The hotel in Bishkek provided a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was in a vibrant part of the city, allowing easy access to local landmarks and entertainment venues. The rooms were modern and cozy, equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience.

酒店位置太偏了，出行不方便，有個大超市，酒店服務差，滿房就洗澡沒熱水，不推薦住。周邊環境差有三個大煙囱。攜程服務不錯，有問題能及時幫助。

We accidentally booked our room for the wrong day and didn’t realize it until after the booked day had passed, they very kindly worked with us on a solution and were very helpful. We stay here every time we are in Bishkek!

Superbe Hôtel au calme.. bien appréciable à bishkek... Mais à proximité du centre moyennant un peu de marche.mais préférable à certains autres qui sont en plein centre ville avec tout ce qui va avec Chambres très confortables petit déj inclus et un personnel très sympa...

A hotel which cares Every element of the stay was perfect, and especially the attitude of staff. They were truly attentive, caring, proactive in their desire to accommodate the needs and wishes. A very nice touch is 24h availability of tea/coffee and snacks. Breakfast was tasty and appropriately diverse for the size of the hotel. Really nothing negative or mediocre to point out. I wish big brand hotels would be like that. Relative remoteness from the city centre is easily compensated by the more affordable price than of the central hotels. And taxis are cheap and readily available.

Temiz Otel Temiz bir otel personeller çok ilgili. Ücretsiz her saat kahve,çay,su imkanı sunuyorlar. Türkçe bilen personelleri var. Şehir merkezine uzak sayılmaz yakınlarından otobüsler geçiyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Without a doubt, the best hotel in Bishkek Right from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way. That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.
