TourAsia Hotel

We had a pleasant surprise with this hotel, getting excellent service for very reasonable prices. The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were delicious, the rooms had unique features like two desks and two chairs instead of one, and bathrobes as well as daily fresh towels, good heating and comfortable beds. We felt very safe as two women traveling together. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located with a beautiful Park across the street and walking distance of most of the sites we wanted to see. The staff helped us get taxis or gave us directions to places we wanted to go.

In general, the hotel is much worse than it was depicted by TripAdvisor in November 2023 (5.0 out of 5, nice photos). It was a barely comfortable stay. The biggest problem is the bed: it's it's harder than average and too uncomfortable to me. Also it's very loud, so my wife and I disturbed each other a lot during the sleep. The bed is wide, but the blanket is not wide enough for 2 people on such bed; luckily, the reception agreed to provide us with one more blanket, it was a big positive thing during the stay. The second problem is a very humid air in the room with some plumbing smell. It didn't improve after ventilation, and I didn't get used to it after 6 nights. The third thing is a buzz which turns on periodically, the loudness is about 33dB at 290Hz as measured by an iPhone; it disturbed my sleep at night, but I got used to it on the 2nd night. Minor problems: the furniture and the appliance condition is not good, much needs to be fixed or replaced (see the photos). There is no safe. We weren't provided with bottled water; there are water dispensers in the common space, but they got empty and weren't refilled. The food in the cafe is poor, you won't get such a versatile lunch as shown on the photos. But this is not a problem, because there are many food places near the hotel. On the bright side, the personnel is very nice and helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet street, and it's quiet in the room at night (besides the buzz). The hotel is located close to the city center, but the street is prone to traffic jams, so if you decide to take a taxi any direction at evening, you'll have to stay in a traffic jam.

sicuramente è uno dei migliori hotel in cui ho soggiornato. la struttura è piccola, molto confortevole . situata in zona centrale in una stradina tranquilla. lo staff è da elogiare. eccellente il rapporto qualità prezzo. camere e servizi da 4 stelle
