Charming 2-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC in brilliant Bisbee

Historic Brewery Gulch is the arts and entertainment district of Old Bisbee, and the 400 Club is center stage to all the great day and nightlife activities that our wonderful town has to offer. Built in 1905, the 400 Club is a former brothel with a fascinating history. The space has been renovated into a two bedroom apartment, and overlooks Brewery Gulch and "B" Mountain. The front door is on the Broadway Steps Art Wall, and is one of the most photographed spots in Bisbee. Permit# 20232539 This is a full upstairs apartment, and there are no shared spaces. There is a mini-split AC unit in the hallway, and additional window AC units in the front bedroom and kitchen. The mini-split also heats the apartment, and we have extra space heaters in both bedrooms in case it gets chilly. There is a bar with live music located downstairs, and it closes at 10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Please be aware that noise may be a problem if you go to sleep early. This apartment may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
