房間非常乾淨舒服整潔，早餐是一如既往的英式早餐，但是味道不錯。酒店就在伯明翰大學裏麪，可以近距離感受英國大學氛圍

鄰近大學園區，環境清幽，被樹木環抱，酒店內有兩間餐廳，分別提供輕食、酒類，另一間有主食及餐飲。附近有巴士及大學車站出入市區，是追求寧靜環境的一個選擇。

Good stay, very clean & functional hotel with lovely, friendly staff. Great as a stop off when visiting our daughter at UOB.

這次入住體驗差，之前説的床單清潔問題又經歷了一遍，更惱人的是，毛巾這次也是有污漬的，而且還特意折在了最顯眼的位置，很不好，也不負責任。週六上午酒店裡麪還有一個集會，人很多，鬧哄哄的，不好不好。

酒店位於美麗的紅磚校園內，外面就綠樹成蔭的大公園，十分安靜空氣清新。房間簡潔衞生，早餐豐富，是伯大校園周邊最好的選擇。

Great location for Birmingham University and also for local attractions such as the Barber Institute, Wildlife Park and Midlands Arts Centre. Airy bright hotel with a nice comfortable bar and seating areas. Check-in and out were quick and efficient. Free parking but do remember to input your car details. Room was smartly decorated and very comfortable. Mattresses are good and the shower and water pressure are great. My only niggle is that the windows - at least in the room we were in - are narrow slits, meaning that the room is rather dark and gloomy in the mornings. Breakfast was good - a substantial buffet in a high ceiling-ed, cheerful room. Good range of alternative milks available, and a bit of a treat to have smoked salmon :) This was our second stay and we'll be happy to stay here again.

Great hotel in a nice part of Birmingham. Kerrie on the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Highly recommended!

Good hotel in a convenient location for the university. The rooms were clean, and the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

I needed to be close to the QE Hospital. This hotel was ideally situated, just a 15/20 minute walk away. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely clean. Staff are efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

去伯明翰大學的話這裡是最好的了。

The staff's attention is discriminatory, for several nights 1 they did not put towels, another night they left us without shampoo and they added water to the hand soap, additionally they checked what was served for breakfast, they checked every day very carefully. We left very sad, we couldn't wait to run away from this hotel, we were very bored.

It's a lovely hotel with a great breakfast and friendly staff. It's in a great location right by the university campus. It's a very clean hotel and a pleasure to stay at.

在伯明翰住得最舒服就是這裏了。沒有第二家！這是出差首選。必須到這裏才能夠有進大學的感覺！酒店就在大學裏麪。非常安全！
