剛好遇到春節期間，附近酒店都比較緊張，所以性價比一般般，不過位置挺好，對面就有很多中餐館。

交通方便，設施齊全

오래된 건물에 창문은 있지만 없다고 봐야하는 호텔. 좋은 점은 넓은거? 기차역 바로 앞에 있는거? 그외엔 없다. 근처에 맛있는 케밥집이 있는데 또 가서 먹고 싶다.

地理位置在市中心，苹果店旁，对面是Tesco，步行街入店，帶行李多千万別住，打车要走出去几百米。设施陈旧。走廊漆黑，酒店的走廊是声控灯，我一个人走进长长的暗黑的陈旧的走廊。灯一个一个亮了又暗，我住了十天！因為不給退订。房間空調吹冷风，外面12°C的天氣！攜程客服介入才給了一个電暖气。体验感超級差！对，电梯巨响，每次停下都像飞机失事。惊悚的电梯。只值200一天，收1300。千萬別住

What a gem! Literally direct opposite one of the rear entrances of the grand New Street Station, up the stairs/lift into a little arcade of shops (nail bar/hair salon and luxury watches) and the hotel entrance. The check in lobby is nothing much impressive but the overall building and decor with high ceilings, big staircases and marble surfaces are albeit a bit outdated in tone, still much preferable to us. The room is very spacious and the bathroom with Elemis supplied soap walk-shower and self-standing bathtub is the biggest we’ve ever been into. The hotel bar, restaurant and breakfast area are located on the first floor looking over the New Street pedestrian shopping street and the staff are very good. Great service. Arrived with Baby, and they really were very helpful. Supplied cot, hot water for baby food in the cafe and a heater as room was a little cold.

Service was great, very helpful reception staff. Room was lovely although you need to have plug sockets next to the bed.

Best hotel if u stay in Birmingham. Definitely my first choice if I come again! Staff are nice friendly helpful Rooms are clean and spacious with practically refurbished fixtures and utilities Location is prime and with NO clubbing music or overwhelming noises that disturbs ur rest which was what concerned us when we wanted to choose a very convenient location near the New Street Station

酒店更乾淨 早餐很棒

位置比較便利，位於new street station對面，設施老舊，走廊長且是聲控燈，感覺比較陰森，被套這些沒有剛洗過的手感，中規中矩的服務，作為一晚過渡的酒店也就那樣吧

Great stay and an ideal location for a trip to central Birmingham

Just opposite New street station. Nice room on the Forth floor. The drafty windows let the room down. Didn’t get much sleep I could hear lots of noise from outside. Cold dining room , meal was ok, didn’t have breakfast.
